组织冲突解决机制研究

【摘要】:冲突管理的关键问题不仅仅在于对冲突的认识,更在于对冲突科学认识的基础上,选择一个成功的冲突解决机制。本文在对组织冲突的分析维度、组织冲突成功解决标准进行分析的基础上,根据冲突干预方和干预路径的不同组合,提出了冲突解决机制的一个综合性分析框架,并就各解决机制之间的内在逻辑及其运用应注意的问题进行了探讨。
[Abstract]:The key problem of conflict management lies not only in the understanding of conflict, but also in choosing a successful conflict resolution mechanism on the basis of scientific understanding of conflict. Based on the analysis of the dimension of organizational conflict and the criteria of successful resolution of organizational conflict, this paper puts forward a comprehensive framework for analyzing the conflict resolution mechanism according to the different combinations of the pre-conflict parties and the intervention paths. The internal logic of each solution mechanism and the problems that should be paid attention to in its application are also discussed in this paper.
