高校互联网公益运行样态、风险问题及治理路径

【摘要】：互联网与公益的结合使传统的高校公益衍生了新的样态,如校园项目的公益众筹、大学生志愿项目和志愿者的线上管理、校园民间的虚拟"智库"、校园文化产品的线上再生产等。高校互联网公益呈现出公益"消费"的运行模式,引发出一系列的问题和风险。以学校为主体,从公益消费的"供给侧"出发,在价值取向、功能定位、资源配置、管理策略等方面对高校互联网公益进行"元治理"是规避风险、促进校园公益良性发展的有效进路。
[Abstract]:The combination of Internet and public welfare has given rise to new forms of traditional university public welfare, such as the public funding of campus projects, the online management of college students' voluntary projects and volunteers, and the virtual "think tanks" of campus folk. The online reproduction of campus cultural products and so on. The Internet public welfare of colleges and universities presents the mode of public welfare "consumption", which leads to a series of problems and risks. Taking the school as the main body, it starts from the "supply side" of the public welfare consumption. In the aspects of value orientation, function orientation, resource allocation, management strategy and so on, it is an effective way to avoid risks and promote the benign development of campus public welfare.
