希望工程激励行动实施效果的影响因素研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着社会公益事业的发展和公众社会实践意识的不断增强,我国非正式组织社会活动日益增多,形式多样,参与领域不断拓展。参与社会活动实践,不仅能够提升自身素质,培养社会责任感,锻炼社会技能,同时对于整个社会的进步和发展有促进作用,有利于我国社会主义道德精神文明建设,有助于构建社会主义和谐社会。社会活动类项目的实施效果受很多方面因素影响,对项目实施效果的影响因素研究,有利于合理开展社会实践活动,更有效的利用社会资源,实现活动效益最大化。本文以中国青少年发展基金会希望工程激励行动2013、2014两年间资助的300个团队项目为样本研究对象,对国内外研究公益活动、社会组织、及项目实施效果影响因素等方面的文献进行梳理参考借鉴,并在团队理论、领导者理论、组织绩效理论、组织绩效评估等相关支撑理论的基础上,运用文献法确定了希望工程激励行动实施效果影响因素的四个维度:项目自身因素、管理因素、人员因素和环境因素,项目自身因素主要是指项目类型、项目连续性、项目获得的资金支持等子因素;管理因素主要是指项目负责人的性别、年级、专业等子因素;人员因素是指团队人数、团队成员专业构成等子因素;环境因素是指学校层级、项目实施地点等子因素。运用描述分析法对样本数据进行处理,结合方差分析法研究验证这些因素对项目的实施效果是否有显著影响,研究得出项目类型、项目连续性,项目负责人的年级、专业,学校层级是影响项目实施效果的关键因素,从而为希望工程激励行动的实施发展提供针对性的对策建议:科学合理确定项目实施方向;建立完善项目管理、选拔培训机制;加强公益项目团队建设;改善大学生公益实践外部环境。通过对希望工程激励行动实施效果的影响因素研究,力求为丰富非正式组织绩效影响因素研究内容做出努力,为完善希望工程激励行动的实施开展提供依据,同时为其他类型实践活动的实施开展提供借鉴和帮助。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of social public welfare and the increasing awareness of public social practice, the informal organization and social activities in our country are increasing day by day, in various forms, and in the field of participation. Not only can we improve our own quality, cultivate our sense of social responsibility, train our social skills, but also promote the progress and development of the whole society, which is conducive to the construction of socialist moral and spiritual civilization in our country. The effect of social activities projects is affected by many factors. The research on the influencing factors of project implementation effects is beneficial to the rational development of social practice activities and the more effective use of social resources. To maximize the benefits of activities. This paper takes 300 team projects funded by the China Youth Development Foundation Project Hope incentive Action in 2013 and 2014 as the sample research objects, and studies the public welfare activities, social organizations, at home and abroad. On the basis of team theory, leader theory, organizational performance theory, organizational performance evaluation and other related supporting theories. By using the method of literature, four dimensions of influencing factors of the effect of incentive action in the hope project are determined: project itself, management, personnel and environment, and the project itself mainly refers to the project type, the project continuity, and the following four factors: the project itself, the management factor, the personnel factor and the environment factor. The financial support of the project is sub-factor; the management factor mainly refers to the gender, grade and specialty of the project leader; the personnel factor refers to the number of the team, and the team members constitute the same sub-factors; the environmental factor refers to the school level. Using descriptive analysis method to deal with sample data, combining with variance analysis to verify whether these factors have a significant impact on the implementation of the project, the project type, project continuity, The grade, specialty and school level of the project leader are the key factors that affect the effect of the project implementation, thus providing targeted countermeasures and suggestions for the implementation and development of the incentive action of the hope project: scientific and reasonable determination of the project implementation direction; Establishing and perfecting project management, selecting and training mechanism; strengthening the construction of public welfare project team; improving the external environment of college students' public welfare practice. In order to enrich the research content of informal organization performance factors, to provide the basis for improving the implementation of incentive actions of Hope Project, and to provide reference and help for the implementation of other types of practical activities.
