道、认同与善治:治理范式略论

【摘要】：时下"治理"逐渐成为世界学术的热点,各种治理观与策略纷出。然而已有的学术成果,对"治理"这一概念及其精神内核作出系统而清晰考察的则极为少见。本文旨在探索,在全球化的语境中,"治理"为何义、在人类权力谱系之中,作为新范式的"治理"有什么样的表征、如何对之进行分类,并践行于具体的政治行为之中。"治理"的精神特质就是在认同的基础上,依道治理,合法治理,多元协同治理,并实现善治。且治理将取代管理而成为一种新的范式。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, governance has gradually become a hot topic in the world, and various views and strategies of governance have emerged.However, the existing academic achievements, the concept of "governance" and its spiritual core to make a systematic and clear inspection is very rare.The purpose of this paper is to explore the meaning of governance in the context of globalization, what is the representation of governance as a new paradigm in the genealogy of human power, how to classify it, and how to practice it in specific political actions. "The spirit of governance is based on identification, according to the Tao, legal governance, multi-coordinated governance, and achieve good governance.And governance will replace management and become a new paradigm.
