和谐社会视域下虚拟社会的治理研究

【摘要】：本论文立足于和谐社会建设的背景之中,以虚拟社会的治理为研究内容,从马克思主义和谐社会思想入手,采用哲学、社会学、管理学、传播学等多学科的基本方法,从虚拟社会及和谐虚拟社会的相关概念梳理,到我国虚拟社会治理的现状及存在的问题;从国外虚拟社会治理的模式与启示,到和谐社会视域下虚拟社会治理体系的构建等方面进行系统研究。论文绪论部分主要阐述了选题的依据及意义,国内外研究现状,论文采用的研究思路与方法,以及论文研究的创新点。论文第一章论述了马克思主义和谐社会思想。首先介绍了马克思、恩格斯的和谐社会思想。其次,按照中国共产党人的和谐社会思想,依次阐述了毛泽东、邓小平、江泽民、胡锦涛、习近平五位领导人关于社会主义和谐社会的思想。再次,分析了马克思主义和谐社会思想的当代意义,它不仅体现出人文关怀,实现社会的和平发展,还共创出世界和谐。论文第二章分析了虚拟社会及和谐虚拟社会的相关关系。在对虚拟社会的形成与特征,和谐虚拟社会的内涵与特征进行论述的基础上,重点分析虚拟社会与现实社会的差异与联系,虚拟社会与构建和谐社会的相互联系。论文第三章论述了我国在治理虚拟社会方面的现状。首先对我国虚拟社会治理取得的成绩做出肯定。目前我国虚拟社会的法律体系已经基本形成,管理体系已初步建立,虚拟社会在环境净化程度上也成效显著,虚拟社会功能不断增强。其次,分析我国虚拟社会治理中存在的问题,包括网络立法、网络技术、网络道德教育、行业自律、网络安全、管理机制等方面都存在不足。再次,对我国虚拟社会治理存在问题的根源进行深层次研究。论文第四章阐述了国外虚拟社会治理的经验。通过国外虚拟社会治理经验的分析,启示我国需要对虚拟社会进行如何治理。论文第五章阐述了和谐社会视域下虚拟社会的治理体系构建。首先,分析出虚拟社会治理体系构建的必要性,然后总结出虚拟社会治理体系构建的目标和原则,最后指出虚拟社会治理体系构建的基础规范,确立虚拟社会治理体系构建的内容,最终指出虚拟社会治理体系构建的路径,如何实现和谐虚拟社会的构建。本章最重要的观点是强调和谐虚拟社会的构建,它也是是虚拟社会治理体系构建的最终方向。在结语部分除了总结论文的大致思路和基本观点外,对虚拟社会治理在和谐社会建设中的重要性也做了进一步研究说明。
[Abstract]:This thesis is based on the background of harmonious society construction, taking the governance of virtual society as the research content, starting with Marxist harmonious society thought, adopting the basic methods of philosophy, sociology, management, communication and so on.From the related concepts of virtual society and harmonious virtual society, to the present situation and existing problems of virtual society governance in China, the model and enlightenment of virtual society governance in foreign countries,To the harmonious society under the vision of virtual society governance system construction and other aspects of systematic research.The introduction part of the paper mainly expounds the basis and significance of the topic, the current research situation at home and abroad, the research ideas and methods adopted in the paper, and the innovative points of the paper research.The first chapter discusses Marxism harmonious society thought.First introduced Marx, Engels harmonious society thought.Secondly, according to the harmonious society thought of the Communist Party of China, this paper expounds the five leaders' thoughts about the socialist harmonious society.Thirdly, it analyzes the contemporary significance of Marxist harmonious society thought, which not only embodies humanistic concern, realizes the peaceful development of society, but also creates the harmony of the world.The second chapter analyzes the relationship between virtual society and harmonious virtual society.Based on the discussion of the formation and characteristics of the virtual society and the connotation and characteristics of the harmonious virtual society, the paper analyzes the differences and relations between the virtual society and the real society, and the relationship between the virtual society and the construction of the harmonious society.The third chapter discusses the current situation of the governance of virtual society in China.First of all, China's virtual social governance to make a positive achievement.At present, the legal system of our virtual society has been basically formed, the management system has been initially established, the virtual society has also achieved remarkable results in the degree of environmental purification, and the function of the virtual society has been continuously enhanced.Secondly, it analyzes the problems existing in the governance of our virtual society, including network legislation, network technology, network moral education, industry self-discipline, network security, management mechanism and so on.Thirdly, the root of the problem of virtual society governance in our country is deeply studied.The fourth chapter expounds the experience of foreign virtual society governance.Through the analysis of foreign experience of virtual society governance, we can find out how to govern virtual society in our country.Chapter five expounds the construction of the governance system of virtual society in the view of harmonious society.Firstly, it analyzes the necessity of the construction of virtual social governance system, then summarizes the objectives and principles of the construction of virtual social governance system, and finally points out the basic norms of the construction of virtual social governance system.Finally, it points out the path of the construction of virtual society governance system and how to realize the construction of harmonious virtual society.The most important point of this chapter is to emphasize the construction of harmonious virtual society, which is also the final direction of the construction of virtual society governance system.In the conclusion part, in addition to summarizing the general ideas and basic views of the paper, the importance of virtual social governance in the construction of a harmonious society is further studied and explained.
