集体行动的逻辑与公共治理理论

【摘要】：人性论是社会科学理论的核心理论,人性论无非是假定人性善,利他,或者人性恶,利己。经济学理论中理性自利的假设,在逻辑上导致了集体行动的两种逻辑:利己导致繁荣,或者悲剧。历史上集体行动的悲剧,导致了传统的治理结构;现代集体行动产生的繁荣,催生了新的治理结构。企业家在传统的治理结构中很难有好的生存空间,需要有一个多维度的公共治理秩序,来兼容市场的治理和传统的原始的治理以及国家的治理。
[Abstract]:The theory of human nature is the core theory of social science theory, and the theory of human nature is nothing more than supposing that human nature is good, altruistic, or evil and selfish. The hypothesis of rational self-interest in economic theory logically leads to two kinds of logic of collective action: self-interest leads to prosperity or tragedy. The tragedy of collective action in history has led to the traditional governance structure, and the prosperity of modern collective action has spawned a new governance structure. It is difficult for entrepreneurs to have a good living space in the traditional governance structure. It is necessary to have a multi-dimensional public governance order to be compatible with market governance traditional primitive governance and national governance.
