契机抑或挑战:公益众筹介入下社会组织发展问题析论

【摘要】：随着互联网+的发展,众筹作为一种新兴融资模式引入中国,而公益众筹作为"新常态"下社会组织的重要工具被寄予厚望。它能促进社会组织理念的改变和创新、提高公众参与广度和深度、推动社会组织市场化运作和行业规范透明度。但也要看到,公益众筹在为社会组织提供可能的发展契机之时,也为其带来了无法回避的理念挑战和制度风险。社会组织只有在倒逼力量的推动下,加强自身综合能力建设,具备驾驭这种工具的能力,公众对公益众筹的美好期许才能变为真实的图景。
[Abstract]:With the development of Internet, crowdfunding is introduced into China as a new financing mode. It can promote the change and innovation of the concept of social organization, improve the breadth and depth of public participation, promote the market-oriented operation of social organizations and the transparency of industry norms. But we should also see that the public funding provides a possible opportunity for the development of social organizations, but also brings about unavoidable conceptual challenges and institutional risks for social organizations. Only when the social organization is pushed by the force, strengthens its own comprehensive ability construction, has the ability to control this kind of tool, the public's good expectation to the commonweal crowdfunding can become the real picture.
