我国公务员思想政治教育中人文关怀问题的研究

【摘要】：在党的十八大报告中再一次提出:加强和改进思想政治工作,注重人文关怀和心理疏导,培育自尊自信、理性平和、积极向上的社会心态。充分说明党和政府对新形势下如何提升思想政治工作充满了紧迫感和危机感,不仅显示出人文关怀和心理疏导在思想政治教育中的重要作用,也说明在思想政治教育中对人文关怀的重视程度还未达到应有高度。随着社会环境因素的变化,以及传统思想政治教育以“灌输”为主要手段、以“社会价值”为主要目标的传统做法,导致当前我国公务员思想政治教育在人文关怀方面的不足现象,造成公务员心理危机得不到及时疏导,影响了公务员正常履责,造成社会不稳定因素。本文在借鉴国内外研究成果的基础上,通过分析公务员的职业特点,正确审视公务员思想政治教育现状,思考人文关怀在思想政治教育中应有之义,以期构建起一个适应时代发展趋势、满足社会进步需求、促进公务员全面发展的思想政治教育人文关怀体系,为公务员的思想政治教育工作提供有益借鉴。
[Abstract]:In the report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, it is proposed once again: to strengthen and improve ideological and political work, to pay attention to humanistic care and psychological guidance, to cultivate self-esteem and self-confidence, to be rational and peaceful, and to have a positive social mentality. It is fully explained that the Party and the government are full of a sense of urgency and crisis in how to promote ideological and political work under the new situation, which not only shows the important role of humanistic care and psychological guidance in ideological and political education, It also shows that in ideological and political education, humanistic care has not reached its due level. Along with the change of social environmental factors, and the traditional practice of traditional ideological and political education with "indoctrination" as the main means and "social value" as the main objective, It leads to the deficiency of the ideological and political education of civil servants in humanistic care at present, which causes the psychological crisis of civil servants not to be dredged in time, affects the normal performance of duties of civil servants, and causes social instability. On the basis of drawing lessons from domestic and foreign research results, this paper, by analyzing the professional characteristics of civil servants, correctly examines the present situation of ideological and political education of civil servants, and considers the meaning of humanistic concern in ideological and political education. The purpose is to construct a humanistic care system of ideological and political education to meet the needs of social progress and to promote the all-round development of civil servants, and to provide a useful reference for the ideological and political education of civil servants.
