关于新形势下广西国税青年干部教育培养的思考和对策

【摘要】：正事业的基础在人才,国税的希望在青年。特别是在进一步深化税制改革的形势下,加强青年干部的教育培养,是一项关系国税事业未来发展的战略任务和基础工程。本文在广西崇左市国税系统青年干部教育培养现状调研基础上,针对青年干部的发展与成长特点,结合基层对青年干部工作发展的看法以及青年干部在基层的使用情况,探索青年干部在国税系统职业发展的合理方案和培养使用的有效机制,为广西国税系统加快促进青年干部的成长与成才提供借鉴与参考。
[Abstract]:The foundation of the cause lies in talent, and the hope of national taxation lies in young people. Especially in the situation of further deepening the tax system reform, strengthening the education and training of young cadres is a strategic task and basic project related to the future development of the national tax enterprise. Based on the investigation and investigation of the current situation of the education and training of young cadres in the state tax system of Chongzuo City, Guangxi, this paper aims at the characteristics of the development and growth of the young cadres, and combines the views of the grassroots on the development of the young cadres and their use at the grass-roots level. This paper probes into the rational plan and effective mechanism for the professional development of young cadres in the state tax system, and provides reference and reference for accelerating the growth and development of young cadres in Guangxi state tax system.
