社团秩序模式的功能优势及其制度空间

【摘要】：在社会秩序诸多整合模式中,社团具有"小型地域共同体模式"、"市场模式"所不具备的优势。中国政府放权于社会的过程中,对这种表现为协商的利益平衡和组织上一致行动的体系进行深入研究,有助于我们更好地理解现代社会交往互动的经济体系和社会体系,认识社团事实上和潜在地可以发挥的作用,拓宽对"国家—科层制治理"功能失调问题的解决途径。为了有效发挥社团为社会提供公共产品和服务、组织和实现社会福利、协助政府实行某些公共政策、参与政策的制定和实行等方面的作用,应当深入研讨社团作为社会秩序整合模式的不同规范维度,并在此基础上,探讨中国社会中社团有效发挥作用的制度空间。
[Abstract]:Among the various integration models of social order, the community has the advantages of "small regional community" and "market mode". In the process of devolving power from the Chinese government to the society, it is helpful for us to better understand the economic and social systems of modern social interaction and to conduct in-depth studies on this system, which is manifested in the balance of interests in consultation and concerted action in the organization. Understanding the actual and potential role that the society can play, and widening the ways to solve the dysfunctional problem of "national-scientific management". In order to give full play to the role of associations in providing public goods and services to society, organizing and realizing social welfare, assisting governments in the implementation of certain public policies and participating in the formulation and implementation of policies, It is necessary to study the different normative dimensions of the society as a model of social order integration and, on this basis, to explore the institutional space for the society to play an effective role in Chinese society.
