时空观视角:国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的阐释

【摘要】：国家治理体系和治理能力现代化可以从马克思主义时空观视角得到较好的阐释。一是从时间序列维度考察,国家治理体系和治理能力现代化体现了社会主义建设不同阶段目标、任务的连贯性和发展阶段的差异性,又体现了社会主义制度建设和完善的复杂性、艰巨性和持久性;二是从空间结构维度考察,它体现了国家职能角色的变化以及多元化利益主体之间的博弈和冲突。
[Abstract]:The modernization of national governance system and governance ability can be better explained from the perspective of Marxist view of time and space. First, from the perspective of time series, the national governance system and the modernization of governance capabilities reflect the objectives of different stages of socialist construction, the continuity of tasks and the differences in development stages. It also reflects the complexity, arduousness and persistence of the construction and perfection of socialist system. Second, from the dimension of spatial structure, it reflects the change of the role of the state and the game and conflict among the pluralistic stakeholders.
