【摘要】：正一、注释的目的1.标明作者在文章中直接或间接引用的任何其他人的语句出处。2.标明文章中不常见的史实或事实的出处。如系众所周知的事实则不必作注。3.标明文章中借用他人的理论、论断、思想、观点或意见的出处。不标明出处或来源便借用、甚或大段录用上述内容,不仅违反学术道德,而且可能触犯《著作权法》。上述三类注释如系转引自第二手材料,出处应注明为转引的第二手材料,而不能根据第二手材料中的注释,将出处注为原材料(第一手材料),除非作者亲自查阅
