十八大以来的社会组织治理:政策演化与内在逻辑

【摘要】：改革开放以来,中国社会组织研究一直是国内外学术界关注的热点。西方的理论框架和概念体系曾经在很长时期影响着中国社会组织研究的内容和结论。十八大以来,中国社会组织治理在理论研究上更多地从中国实践出发,在治国理政的高度探索中国特色社会组织治理体系和治理能力,形成了基于中国故事的社会组织研究问题意识和话语体系;在社会组织治理实践上也体现为顶层设计与地方创新有机衔接的"上下结合"政策演化路径与运行机制,最终在社会组织治理的理论体系、发展战略、制度设计、发展路径和发展保障等方面呈现出完整的内在逻辑,逐渐形成中国特色社会组织发展之路。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening to the outside world, the research of Chinese social organization has been the focus of academic circles at home and abroad. Western theoretical framework and conceptual system have influenced the contents and conclusions of Chinese social organization research for a long time. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the governance of social organizations in China has studied more theoretically from the perspective of Chinese practice, and explored the governance system and ability of social organizations with Chinese characteristics in the height of governing the country. Formed the social organization research question consciousness and the discourse system based on the Chinese story; In the practice of social organizational governance, it is also reflected in the "combination of top-level design and local innovation" policy evolution path and operational mechanism, finally in the theoretical system of social organizational governance, development strategy, institutional design, The path of development and the guarantee of development show a complete internal logic, and gradually form the road of development of social organizations with Chinese characteristics.
