中国传统静态社会治理经验与现代启示

【摘要】：中国传统以郡县制为基础的静态社会治理模式在维护国家统一和社会稳定方面显示了强大的生命力和优越性。但是,在社会急剧转型的当下,静态社会治理模式越来越呈现出严重的不适应、不符合的问题,这主要是由于中国已经进入流动社会,治理主体和治理需求发生了深刻变化。在新的历史起点上汲取传统社会治理的经验和智慧,对于推进国家治理现代化具有极为重要的实践价值。
[Abstract]:The traditional static social governance model based on county system in China has shown strong vitality and superiority in maintaining national unity and social stability. However, with the rapid transformation of society, the static social governance model is showing more and more serious problems, which is mainly due to the fact that China has entered a mobile society, and the main body of governance and governance needs have undergone profound changes. Drawing on the experience and wisdom of traditional social governance from the new historical starting point is of great practical value to promote the modernization of national governance.
