论我国传统国家政治思维中的“君”与“君道”——兼论国家政治能力的建设

【摘要】：中国传统社会政治统治"治乱循环"所反映出的基本特点,是"善始者繁,克终者寡"。"君道"是我国古代社会国家治理的基本思想及历史经验,其核心思想在于论证"君"如何通过正身、修德以塑造"正见",即由"内圣"而"外王",从而实现天下大治的政治理想。"应之以治则吉,应之以乱则凶。""君"之"能群"这一功能在事实上形成了国家的向心力,也是"君道"思想发挥指导作用的结果。应发挥传统国家治理的经验,为实现我国政治发展提供更多有益的借鉴。
