【摘要】：苏轼提出"静故了群动"诗学观念,强调凝思静虑的禅静状态对文艺创作观察和构思的作用。认为禅静之止观状态能增强定力,开显智慧。禅定的宁静,不但能了群物之动,把握事物的动态和发展趋势,而且能观万物之理,更加清楚明白地总结事物的道理,达到胸有成竹效果。赋予诗歌以超脱之静美,宁静而不枯寂,颇富理趣。"静故了群动"既是他创作经验,也是禅宗止观禅法对苏轼诗学之影响。
[Abstract]:Su Shi put forward the poetics concept of "silence and group movement", emphasizing the effect of meditation state of meditation on the observation and conception of literary and artistic creation. He thought that the state of static view of Zen could enhance the determination, open up wisdom, and the tranquility of meditation. Not only can the group of things move, grasp the dynamic and development trend of things, but also can view the reason of all things, more clearly sum up the truth of things, achieve the effect of having a mind, and endow poetry with the quiet beauty of transcendence. Quiet and unwithered, quite interesting. "quiet so group movement" is not only his creative experience, but also the Zen Zen view Zen influence on Su Shi's poetics.

【正文快照】： 一、禅宗止观禅宗的“禅”字,是由梵文Dhyana音译而来,意译则为“思维修”“静虑”之意。禅的关键是静虑、冥想,通过坐禅使人心神安定、专一。佛教认为,人人皆有佛性,只是被执着和妄想所蒙蔽。而禅定的过程就在于让自己安静下来,减少自己的妄想。“何谓定?即不散乱,又不昏沉”
