【摘要】：随着现代化的发展,较为原始的土楼在宜居方面出现许多不足,许多土楼人家搬进了钢筋水泥浇筑的新房里。土楼不再被需要,因此不再新建,人们对于土楼的营造技艺也不再关心,土楼营造技艺因此失去了市场而渐渐消逝,对于土楼营造技艺的保护迫在眉睫。本文以龙岩地区土楼建筑的营造技艺为研究对象,运用口述历史结合田野调查与文献研究的方法,整理出土楼营造技艺的完整流程。从营造技艺保护与传承的角度对土楼的保护和发展研究进行了补充,希望借此对土楼进行更好的保护。围绕这一中心观点,全文按照提出问题、现状调研、分析问题、得出结论这四个部分进行展开论述。第一部分,首先以土楼建筑保护的重要性与营造技艺传承的必要性作为研究背景,提出土楼营造技艺保护与传承的问题。指出本文的研究目的是通过对土楼营造技艺的研究实现土楼的可持续发展。其次对国内外现有的研究动态进行归纳整理得出本文研究存在的主要问题是土楼营造技艺的缺失,最后提出土楼营造技艺保护的迫切性。第二部分,选定龙岩地区的土楼建筑进行调研,得出土楼建筑的修复中存在规模性、真实性、专业性、适宜性及急切性的问题,而解决这些问题的关键在于营造技艺的保护与传承。通过整理多位匠师的访谈结合现场修缮工程,得出营造技艺的建造过程包括牵石脚线、基础施工、墙体施工、立柱架梁、献架出水以及内部装修。第三部分,根据土楼营造技艺的现状,分析了当前营造技艺所面临的问题包括社会发展带来的问题、社会意识改变带来的问题、传承人的局限性、传统工艺的消失以及保护制度建设的缺乏。针对这些问题制定了相应的解决策略,包括加强土楼营造技艺的社会保护意识、加强传承人的延续、以“公司+匠人”模式传承、加强政府的主导性以及依靠博物馆进行数字化传承。第四部分,得出结论。土楼营造技艺的有效保护与传承是实现土楼可持续发展的关键。并从研究视角、研究方法、研究内容三方面指出本文的创新点。

In the fourth part, the conclusion. The earth building effective protection and inheritance of skill is the key to realize sustainable development.
