地下连续墙基坑支护技术在旧改深基坑工程中的应用研究

【摘要】:目前,随着我国政治、经济、文化的全面建设工作的开展,各地新兴城市的建设及开发也呈现出了前所未有的蓬勃态势。然而,新旧城市城区发展规划思路不符的现状成为这些城市发展的短板,一定程度上阻碍了城市全面开发之路,尤其是北上广深及沿海等地率先发展起来的城市,旧城规划掣肘城市发展的情况更为突出。而近年来城市地价暴涨及用地趋紧的现实状况,也给各地城市规划部门计划采取的城市发展中心逐步转移的开发思路带来了沉重的打击。在这样的现实背景下,人们开始将目光聚焦在一些始建于上世纪90年代的体量较大的建筑上,通过改造老旧建筑来满足新城市发展规划的需求,而对老旧建筑基坑支护体系处理效果的好坏将直接影响到改造项目运营成本的高低及后续结构施工质量的好坏。基坑的土方开挖及支护作为建筑行业一项重要的工程内容,已广泛应用于上海、深圳等大型城市及沿海软土地区的一些中小城市,目前常用的基坑支护形式有放坡支护、土钉墙喷锚支护、排桩支护、地下连续墙支护及包含多种支护形式的复合型结构支护等,放坡开挖占地较大,土钉墙支护易对周围环境造成较大扰动,而排桩支护往往需在支护结构与地下室外墙之间为工人预留一定的操作空间,以便于结构模板工程、钢筋工程等的正常开展,该操作空间在地下室结构施工完毕后予以回填,导致大面积建筑空间的浪费。因此,在旧改深基坑工程中采用地下连续墙基坑支护技术无论是为理论研究提供依托,还是为类似工程提供借鉴都具有深远的现实意义,本课题以作为旧改深基坑工程的珠海万菱环球中心项目为依托,对地下连续墙基坑支护技术进行了深入的探讨及研究,以探索该支护方式在特定施工条件下的合理性,并总结施工经验,为类似工程的施工提供借鉴及参考。
[Abstract]:At present, with the overall construction of politics, economy and culture in our country, the construction and development of emerging cities in various places have also shown unprecedented vigorous situation. New and old urban development planning ideas of the status quo has become a short board for the development of these cities, to a certain extent hindered the road to comprehensive development of the city, especially in the north of Guangzhou-Shenzhen and coastal areas to take the lead in the development of cities. Urban planning constraints urban development is more prominent. In recent years, urban land prices have skyrocketed and land use has become tighter. It has also brought a heavy blow to the development thinking of the urban development center gradually transferred by the urban planning departments. In such a realistic background. People began to focus on some of the larger buildings that were built in -10s to meet the needs of the new urban development plan through the transformation of old buildings. The treatment effect of foundation pit support system in old buildings will directly affect the operation cost of reconstruction project and the quality of subsequent structure construction. Excavation and support of foundation pit is an important part of the construction industry. The content of the project. Has been widely used in Shanghai, Shenzhen and other large cities and some small and medium-sized cities in the coastal soft soil areas. At present, the commonly used forms of foundation pit support are slope support, soil nailing wall shotcrete anchor support, pile row support. The underground continuous wall support and the composite structure support including many kinds of support forms, the slope excavation occupies a large area, and the soil nailing wall support is easy to cause great disturbance to the surrounding environment. In order to facilitate the normal development of structural formwork and reinforcement engineering, it is necessary to reserve a certain operation space between the supporting structure and the exterior wall of the basement. The operation space is backfilled after the construction of the basement structure, which leads to the waste of large area of building space. It is of far-reaching practical significance to use the retaining technology of underground continuous wall foundation pit in the old and deep foundation pit engineering, whether it is to provide the support for theoretical research or for similar projects to provide reference. Based on the project of Wanling Global Center of Zhuhai, which is used as the old project to reform deep foundation pit, this paper makes a deep discussion and research on the supporting technology of underground continuous wall foundation pit. In order to explore the rationality of the support method under the specific construction conditions, and summarize the construction experience, to provide reference and reference for the construction of similar projects.
