既有集装箱在创客建筑中的应用与设计策略研究

【摘要】：在数字化不断发展的今天,互联网正在迅速深入到我们生活的每一个角落,“互联网+”的概念也随之出现。“互联网+”是由数字化加实体生活所构筑的生活模式,正在不断的改变我们的生活,同时也促进了大众创新模式的出现,在此背景下创客运动逐渐发展为一种全球运动。创客运动倡导的是以创新、共享、交流、共同进步的创客文化,将创新与创造相结合。在国家政策的引导与创客运动的影响下,国内的创客群体数量逐渐增加,创客空间也不断建立。创客空间作为一个激发大众创新意识,普及全民科学知识水平,国家经济转型的重要载体,因此对创客空间的研究是一个刻不容缓的课题。创客空间包括线上虚拟空间与建筑空间两部分,本文所研究的是创客空间的建筑空间部分,笔者将其称为创客建筑。由于创客建筑是一种新的建筑类型,目前国内外关于创客建筑的研究专业性的文献较少,通过本人对国内外创客建筑进行资料汇总,并对国内二十余处的创客建筑进行调研与实地考察,总结归纳了现存创客建筑的发展现状并提出相应的设计策略。另一方面集装箱建筑具有可持续性、移动性、经济性、模块化、快速建造等特点,逐渐应用到不同的建筑类型。通过笔者分析集装箱与创客建筑的关联性,发现集装箱创客建筑的优势,挖掘集装箱创客建筑的可行性,大胆提出集装箱与创客建筑相结合的设计策略。文章包括五个章节,分为两大部分。第一部分包括一至三章,对集装箱建筑和创客建筑做了基础性的研究。第一章阐述了论文的选题背景与研究意义,综述国内外在创客、创客空间、创客建筑、集装箱与集装箱建筑等相关领域的研究现状;第二章介绍了创客的类型与特点,着重对创客建筑的空间类型、空间特点与发展现状进行了分析,通过案例调研,结合调查问卷,指出现有创客建筑存在的不足。第三章对集装箱和集装箱建筑进行研究,分析集装箱建筑的特点,国内外在相关领域的发展现状,指出国内集装箱建筑发展存在的不足。第二部分即第四章,分析集装箱与创客建筑的关联性,集装箱创客建筑的特点,比较现存创客建筑与集装箱创客建筑,指出集装箱创客建筑的优势,探讨集装箱创客建筑的空间设计与发展模式。文章最后对集装箱创客建筑的可行性进行探讨并以深圳为例,指出深圳创客建筑的发展现状,从多个角度分析了深圳发展集装箱创客建筑的适应性与优势,通过预设项目探讨证明集装箱创客建筑的可行性。文章通过分析归纳集装箱与创客建筑特性,挖掘集装箱应用于创客建筑的潜力,阐释集装箱创客建筑的优势与发展模式。同时笔者希望对创客建筑的基础性研究,为国内在此领域的研究做出微弱贡献,更希望对于后期研究学者的深入研究提供些许帮助,促进深层次的研究落实到建筑实践中来。
[Abstract]:In the constant development of digital today, the Internet is rapidly deepening into every corner of our lives. The concept of "Internet" also appeared. "Internet" is a life model constructed by digital and physical life, which is constantly changing our life, but also promoting the emergence of popular innovation mode. Under this background, the guest creation movement has gradually developed into a global movement, which advocates innovation, sharing, communication and common progress of the culture of creation and guest. Under the influence of the national policy guidance and the guest creation movement, the number of the domestic guest group increases gradually, and the creation space is also constantly established. Popularizing the level of national scientific knowledge, the important carrier of the national economic transformation, so the study of the creation space is an urgent task. The creation space includes two parts: online virtual space and building space. This paper studies the architectural space part of the creative guest space, which the author calls the creative guest architecture. Because of the creation building is a new type of architecture, at present, the domestic and foreign research on the creation of guest architecture professional literature is less. Through the data collection of the domestic and foreign guest building, and more than 20 domestic guest building research and field investigation. On the other hand, container building has the characteristics of sustainability, mobility, economy, modularization, rapid construction and so on. Gradually applied to different types of architecture. Through the author analysis of the relationship between container and guest building, find out the advantages of container building, explore the feasibility of container building. The paper includes five chapters, which are divided into two parts. The first part includes one to three chapters. The first chapter expounds the background and significance of the thesis, summarizes the domestic and foreign in the creation, the creation of guest space, the creation of the building. The research status of container and container building and other related fields; The second chapter introduces the types and characteristics of the creative guest, focusing on the space type, space characteristics and development status of the building, through case study, combined with the questionnaire. The third chapter studies the container and container building, analyzes the characteristics of container building, and the development status of domestic and foreign in related fields. The second part, chapter 4th, analyzes the relationship between container and guest building, the characteristics of container building, and compares the existing container building and container building. This paper points out the advantages of container building and discusses the space design and development mode of container building. Finally, the paper discusses the feasibility of container building and takes Shenzhen as an example. This paper points out the present situation of the development of Shenzhen's guest building, and analyzes the adaptability and advantages of Shenzhen's development of container building from several angles. By analyzing the characteristics of container and guest building, this paper excavates the potential of container application in guest building. At the same time, the author hopes to make a weak contribution to the domestic research in this field. It also hopes to provide some help for the further study of the later research scholars, and promote the implementation of the deep research into the construction practice.
