【摘要】：南京中国科举博物馆1是建立在南京江南贡院遗址上、充分展示科举制度与文化的博物馆。本论文是以科举博物馆为对象的工程报告,作者以驻场建筑师的身份全程参与了工程的施工建设。由于科举博物馆复杂的功能要求、特殊的结构形式、新材料与新技术的运用、众多单位的参与配合等,使得其成为一个值得深入分析研究的建筑工程实例。本论文从工程进展的得与失、利与弊、经验与教训进行客观的记录;并从设计、施工、建成后的各环节对其进行梳理与反思,形成建筑师参与工程后期的方式方法。工程报告从以下几方面展开:第一章通过介绍科举博物馆的工程背景,包括历史背景、项目区位、项目有关单位与工程进度计划;第二章阐述科举博物馆的设计概念与发展,通过介绍博物馆的上位规划,引出博物馆设计概念与其决定要素,并说明建筑师如何将设计“意象”发展到工程“物象”的;第三章到第五章分别从结构、材料与构造详述工程中遇到的实际问题与解决方案,其中重点说明了建筑师如何协调各方矛盾、配合各部门工作的;第六章与第七章分别补充说明了科举博物馆的建设遗憾与逸闻趣事,以及笔者作为驻场设计的工作方法总结与个人收获。本篇工程报告论文的撰写意义首先是对于笔者自身职业水平的提高;其次为当代所有的建筑团队,在工程后期上如何总结提高提供了依据;最后是为中国当代的城市建设有关于科举博物馆项目的建设留下一份可供参考的记录与档案。
[Abstract]:Nanjing Chinese Imperial examination Museum 1 is a museum built on the site of Jiangnan Gongyuan in Nanjing, which fully demonstrates the imperial examination system and culture. This paper is an engineering report on the Imperial examination Museum. The author participated in the construction of the project as a resident architect. Due to the complex functional requirements, special structural forms, the application of new materials and new technologies, and the cooperation of many units, the Imperial examination Museum has become an example of architectural engineering worthy of further analysis and study. In this paper, the gains and losses, advantages and disadvantages, experiences and lessons of the progress of the project are recorded objectively, and the design, construction and completion of each link are combed and reflected to form the way and method for architects to participate in the later stage of the project. The project report is carried out from the following aspects: the first chapter introduces the engineering background of the Imperial examination Museum, including the historical background, the project location, the project related units and the project progress plan; the second chapter describes the design concept and development of the imperial examination museum. By introducing the upper planning of the museum, this paper introduces the concept of museum design and its determinants, and explains how the architect develops the design "image" to the "object image" of the project. Material and construction details the actual problems and solutions encountered in the project, which focuses on how the architect coordinate the contradictions between the various parties and cooperate with the work of various departments; The sixth chapter and the seventh chapter respectively explain the regret and anecdote of the imperial examination museum construction, as well as the work method summary and individual harvest of the author as the resident design. The significance of writing this paper is firstly to improve the professional level of the author, secondly, to provide the basis for all the contemporary construction teams to sum up and improve in the later stage of the project. Finally, there is a reference record and file for the construction of the imperial examination museum project in the contemporary urban construction of China.
