新型城镇居住区“乡村记忆”景观设计研究

【摘要】：近年来,中国城镇化建设快速推进,乡村的建设形式、空间布局、总体面貌焕然一新,产生了很大的变化,当下中国正处在乡村景观向现代城镇景观转型的重要时期,然而城镇化迅速发展的同时也出现了一些的问题:以地方历史文脉和自然环境为依托形成的乡村景观正逐渐消失,乡村聚落社区化,传统村落渐渐地被现代楼房代替,景观建设正向模式化发展。城镇化取得了一定成效的同时也存在一些缺陷,一方面乡民住上了城市般的楼房,生活条件得到改善,另一方面新型城镇居住区景观慢慢脱离了“乡村”这一根本,景观与乡民、乡村生活、乡村精神文化分裂开来,表现为比较片面的现代形式,这使乡民内心感到“被城镇化”,失去了精神家园,如何实现新型城镇化和乡村景观的共同发展是亟待解决的重要问题。基于城镇化进程中新型居住区"失乡"现状和乡民的实际需要,本文以“乡村记忆”景观设计为研究主题。乡村记忆凝聚着历史与人文,是乡村共同体的精神寄托和心灵的归属,新型城镇居住区“乡村记忆”景观的营造可以使乡村文化得以传承和发展,让居民生活走进新时代的同时记得住乡愁,这对塑造良好的城镇形象、提高城市景观辨识度具有重要意义。研究以居住区“乡村记忆”景观设计为切入点,在把握乡村景观特质的基础上,结合相关理论与实践,探索居住区与“乡村记忆”景观结合的合理的形式,寻求一种现代与传统相结合、符合时代发展又保留乡村记忆的设计方法。该方法不是简单的保留传统乡村景观,而是,考虑多种因素,以实现“乡村记忆”与城镇化协调发展为目标。论文研究以城镇化建设为背景,从国内外相关研究分析开始,对相关理论梳理探索,明确"乡村记忆"景观的构成要素,尝试总结“乡村记忆”景观的营造理论,最后结合杜塘居住区进一步探索新型城镇化居住区“乡村记忆”景观设计的具体可实行的方法,为新型城镇居住区建设发展提供一个崭新的思路。研究认为“乡村记忆”景观是一个不断发展的生命系统,有其历史性和地域性及存在的价值。乡村记忆景观的营造不是简单的保留乡村,而是向传统乡村学习,以发展的眼光看待“乡村记忆”,引导“乡村记忆”景观在新型城镇化居住区建设中健康发展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the urbanization construction in China has been rapidly advancing, the form of rural construction, the layout of the space, and the overall appearance of the country have been completely new, and a great change has been made. At the moment, China is in an important period of transition from the rural landscape to the modern town landscape. However, the rapid development of the urbanization has also appeared some problems: the local historical context and nature. The rural landscape, which is based on the environment, is gradually disappearing, the rural settlements are community-based, the traditional villages are gradually replaced by modern buildings, and the landscape construction is developing towards the model. The urbanization has made some achievements, while there are some defects. On the one hand, the villagers live in the urban buildings, the living conditions are improved and the other is new. The landscape of urban residential area is slowly divorced from the "countryside". The landscape is split apart from the villagers, rural life and rural spiritual culture, showing a relatively one-sided modern form. This makes the villagers feel "urbanization", lost their spiritual home, and how to realize the common development of new urbanization and rural landscape is urgent to be solved. Important issues. Based on the current situation of "losing the countryside" in the new residential area and the actual needs of the villagers, this paper focuses on the theme of "rural memory" landscape design. The rural memory condenses history and humanity, is the spiritual sustenance of the rural community and the ownership of the mind, and the construction of the "rural memory" landscape in the new town residential area can be made The rural culture is inherited and developed, which makes the residents' life into the new era and remembers the homesickness. This is of great significance to the shaping of a good city image and the improvement of the identification of the urban landscape. Explore the rational form of the combination of the residential area and the "rural memory" landscape, seek a combination of modern and traditional, in line with the development of the times and retain the rural memory design method. This method is not a simple preservation of the traditional rural landscape, but, considering a variety of factors, in order to achieve the coordinated development of "rural memory" and urbanization as the goal. With the background of urbanization construction, the paper begins with relevant research and analysis at home and abroad, explores the relevant theories and explores the elements of "rural memory" landscape, tries to sum up the construction theory of "rural memory" landscape, and further explores the landscape design of "rural memory" in the new type of residential area in Dutang residential area. The method of practice provides a new way of thinking for the construction and development of the new urban residential area. The study holds that the "rural memory" landscape is a developing life system with its historic, regional and existing values. The construction of rural memory landscape is not a simple country preserving, but learning from the traditional rural areas to develop. From the perspective of "rural memory", we will guide the healthy development of "rural memory" landscape in the construction of new urbanization residential areas.
