雨水收集利用在城市景观设计中的应用研究

【摘要】:随着我国工农业快速发展,城镇化速度加快以及城市人口不断增加等诸多因素,导致我国城市的水资源问题频繁发生。一方面城市水资源缺乏,地下河水位不断下降,可利用水资源循环补充能力不足,另一方面快速大量的雨水径流所导致的城市内涝,非点源污染等问题也在不断升级。针对这些问题,相关领域的主管部门和从业人员相继展开对“生态文明”、“海绵城市”、“弹性城市”等理论的探索与实践。目前我国已经相继建成一批雨水收集利用工程,同时于2014年底由住房和城乡建设部出台《海绵城市建设技术指南——低影响开发雨水系统构建(试行)》,取得了明显的成效。我国在基础工程技术方面已经基本成熟,但作为城市居民经常参与、接触的设施,不能仅从其功能角度出发,要考虑其景观性,使其更好的融入到城市环境、融入到居民的日常生活中来,这样才能从物质与精神两个层面实现整个城市生活质量的提高。基于此背景本文首先以水资源对城市发展的重要意义和城市建设中出现的问题作为研究背景,点明本文的写作目的与意义。针对国内外的雨水利用发展情况进行归纳梳理,了解国外的发展进程和成果,把握我国设计建设中的不足,确定与环境协调融合景观化的发展方向。然后具体阐述雨水收集利用的定义,了解其发展的过程,宏观把握由需求变化引起的设计发展的变革历程。结合海绵城市、绿色基础设施、弹性城市等宏观理论为下一步的雨水收集利用景观设计提供底层理论架构。分析雨水收集利用景观的多方面效益。在此理论基础上开始进行相对细化的雨水收集利用景观设计分析说明。以设计前期需要把握的设计原则、影响因素、景观特点为切入点,点明思想层面需要注意的景观设计事项。文章重点在对雨水收集利用景观系统的空间区分设计上,从城市道路空间、城市公园空间、城市居住空间、城市商业空间四个方面,选取其中具有突出空间特色的雨水收集利用设施结合景观化手法进行设计分析。通过国内外相关空间的优秀案例加以说明设计的具体过程体现,加强对理论层次实践说明。最后结合论文的研究成果,总结得出今后城市雨水收集利用景观应该是整体主系统下的各种空间多层级子系统的协调配合,在功能基础上更关注与城市、居民的融合、协调,提升景观效果,提升居民的生活品质,形成符合现代城市需要的雨水景观设计策略。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of industry and agriculture, the acceleration of urbanization and the continuous increase of urban population, water resources problems occur frequently in cities in China. On the one hand, the urban water resources are scarce, the groundwater level is declining, and the capacity of recycling water resources is insufficient. On the other hand, the urban waterlogging and non-point source pollution caused by the rapid and large amount of Rain Water runoff are also escalating. In view of these problems, the competent departments and practitioners in related fields have carried out the exploration and practice of the theories of "ecological civilization", "sponge city", "flexible city" and so on. At present, a batch of Rain Water collection and utilization projects have been built in China. At the end of 2014, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Construction issued the "Sponge City Construction Technical Guide-low impact Development Rain Water system Construction (trial)", which has achieved remarkable results. Our country has basically matured in the basic engineering technology, but as the urban residents often participate in, contact the facilities, can not only from its function angle, must consider its landscape, causes it to integrate into the city environment better, Only by integrating into the daily life of the residents can the quality of life of the whole city be improved from the material and spiritual aspects. Based on this background, this paper firstly takes the significance of water resources for urban development and the problems in urban construction as the research background, and points out the purpose and significance of this paper. According to the development situation of Rain Water at home and abroad, this paper summarized and combed the development process and achievements of foreign countries, grasped the deficiencies in the design and construction of our country, and determined the development direction of the integration of landscape with environmental coordination. Then the definition of Rain Water collection and utilization is elaborated, the process of its development is understood, and the change course of design development caused by the change of demand is grasped macroscopically. Combined with sponge city, green infrastructure, flexible city and other macro theory, the next Rain Water collection and utilization landscape design provides the bottom theoretical framework. This paper analyzes the various benefits of Rain Water collection and utilization of landscape. On the basis of this theory, a relatively detailed Rain Water collection and utilization of landscape design analysis. Based on the design principles, influencing factors and landscape characteristics in the early stage of design, this paper points out the matters of landscape design which should be paid attention to at the ideological level. This paper focuses on the design of spatial division of Rain Water collection and utilization landscape system, from four aspects: urban road space, urban park space, urban residential space, urban commercial space. Rain Water collection and utilization facilities combined with landscape techniques with outstanding spatial characteristics are selected for design and analysis. The concrete process of the design is explained through the excellent cases of the relevant space at home and abroad, and the practical explanation of the theoretical level is strengthened. Finally, combined with the research results of the paper, it is concluded that the landscape of urban Rain Water collection and utilization should be the coordination of various spatial multi-level subsystems under the overall main system in the future, and pay more attention to the integration and coordination with the city and residents on the basis of function. To improve the landscape effect, improve the quality of life of residents, and form the Rain Water landscape design strategy in line with the needs of modern cities.
