电梯故障诊断系统研究与应用
[Abstract]:In recent years, there have been frequent elevator accidents, causing casualties and property losses, not heightening public fears of elevators. At present, computer technology, embedded technology and network technology are developing rapidly. People are exploring the application of computer technology, embedded technology and network technology to elevator fault diagnosis. In this paper, the elevator fault diagnosis system is designed based on the elevator fault diagnosis theory and method, and combined with the elevator and other special equipment detection engineering practice. The realization process and application of the system are described systematically. This paper briefly introduces the basic structure of the elevator, summarizes and analyzes the common faults and their characteristics of the elevator, and expounds systematically the present methods of the elevator fault diagnosis. The requirements of the elevator fault diagnosis system are analyzed. The overall design of the elevator fault diagnosis system and the design of each functional module are carried out, including the remote terminal, communication controller, database server, etc. The design process of remote monitoring communication server, Internet server and fault diagnosis center, etc. Taking an elevator as an example, this paper uses BPto to diagnose its faults, including the concrete flow of fault diagnosis, simulation circuit, fault mode setting, the structure determination of feature vector extraction and the analysis of fault diagnosis results. In the elevator fault diagnosis system designed in this paper, the correct rate of fault diagnosis is between 93.33% and 100%, which solves the problems of low efficiency and low information level of elevator fault detection in the author's unit at present. In addition, the research results of this paper have great reference significance and application value for the similar elevator equipment fault diagnosis and system development research.
