全球城市视角下的苏州城市功能优化研究

【摘要】：2015年,苏州城市人口规模达到595万人,跨入特大城市行列。全球城市随之成为苏州城市发展的新目标。融入全球城市创新网络,承担其中重要节点的功能,并在全球经济、社会、文化中发挥重要作用亦成为苏州的新追求。本文在上述宏观背景下,聚焦于苏州城市的功能新拓展和优化,通过对全球城市发展历程和全球城市理论的梳理,认为全球城市理论更加重视城市的整体创新功能、文化引领功能和人居环境功能。本文将苏州与国内16个特大城市进行对比分析,剖析了苏州城市功能现状特征和短板表现。针对苏州城市功能优化,本文提出了产业功能创新、空间板块优化、设施功能提升、文化功能引领、人居功能完善、培育太湖增长极的等优化策略。
[Abstract]:In 2015, Suzhou's urban population reached 5.95 million people, stepping into the ranks of megacities. The global city becomes the new goal of Suzhou city development. It is a new pursuit of Suzhou to integrate into the global urban innovation network, to assume the function of important nodes, and to play an important role in the global economy, society and culture. Under the above macro background, this paper focuses on the new expansion and optimization of the function of Suzhou city. By combing the global urban development process and the global urban theory, the author thinks that the global urban theory pays more attention to the overall innovative function of the city. Culture leading function and living environment function. This paper compares Suzhou with 16 megalopolis in China, and analyzes the present function and short board performance of Suzhou city. In view of the urban function optimization of Suzhou, this paper puts forward some optimization strategies, such as industrial function innovation, space plate optimization, facility function promotion, cultural function leading, human settlement function perfect, and cultivating Taihu lake growth pole.
