基于知觉体验的老年公寓空间环境设计研究

【摘要】：在人口老龄化快速发展的背景下,迫使社会衍生出一系列问题,这不仅与老年人自身相关,更涉及到经济、政治、文化等诸多方面。而老年公寓的出现可以起到缓解当代发展压力以及社会养老负担的作用。如何营造出适应于老年人需求的居住空间不仅是老年公寓的重要挑战,也是时代给予我们的紧迫课题。本课题通过对国外成熟的养老体制进行分析,结合国内现有养老机构的发展状况,阐述了老年公寓在国内的发展前景,以及发展老年公寓的意义。而在以往的建筑规划设计中,对于养老机构的研究,都集中在无障碍设计,忽视了老年人对居住空间的需求与残障人士的不同,甚至对无障碍设计的相关规法标准也为将两者加以区分。以及老年公寓市场上出现的设计不合理、概念错误等问题,影响了人们对老年公寓的认识,而本课题正是基于这种环境下,对老年公寓建筑设计展开研究,是对我国的养老居住问题具有深刻的意义。本课题主要从知觉体验的角度,首先对老年人的知觉特征进行了分析总结,结合空间基本元素——形态、色彩、光、声音对老年公寓探索与研究,了解老年人对居住空间的要求度和期望值,针对老年人的生活需求,提出适合老年人居住的知觉体验空间环境,为老年人创造更加舒适、便捷的居住生活空间,同时也为老年公寓空间环境设计研究提供一定的借鉴。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the rapid development of population aging, a series of problems arise from the society, which is not only related to the elderly themselves, but also involves many aspects, such as economy, politics, culture and so on. The emergence of the elderly apartment can ease the pressure of contemporary development and the role of the social burden of the aged. How to create a living space suitable for the needs of the elderly is not only an important challenge for the elderly apartment, but also an urgent subject given by the times. Based on the analysis of the mature pension system in foreign countries and the development of the existing pension institutions in China, this paper expounds the prospect of the development of the apartment for the aged in China and the significance of the development of the apartment for the aged. However, in the past architectural planning and design, the research on old-age institutions focused on barrier-free design, ignoring the difference between the needs of the elderly for living space and that of the disabled. Even the relevant regulatory standards for barrier-free design distinguish the two. As well as the problems of unreasonable design and wrong concept in the old apartment market, which affect people's understanding of the old apartment, and this subject is based on this kind of environment, to carry out research on the building design of the apartment for the elderly. Is to our country's endowment housing problem has the profound significance. This topic mainly from the perceptual experience angle, first has carried on the analysis summary to the old person's perceptual characteristic, unifies the spatial basic elements-the form, the color, the light, the sound to the old age apartment exploration and the research, To understand the demands and expectations of the elderly on living space, and to put forward the perceptual experience space environment suitable for the elderly to create a more comfortable and convenient living space for the elderly. At the same time also for the elderly apartment space environment design research to provide certain reference.
