火灾下外伸端板型节点性能分析

【摘要】:采用ISO标准升温曲线,通过静力隐式数值模拟分析,对火灾下外伸端板型节点进行研究,包括节点的失效模式、极限温度及跨中最大挠度.对比分析了螺栓等级、螺栓预紧力、端板厚度及延性损伤指标对节点火灾行为的影响.分析结果表明,螺栓等级越高,节点失效前的极限温度越高,跨中挠度减小;螺栓预紧力的设置可以显著提高节点的受火极限温度;端板厚度的增加对节点的抗火能力也有一定的加强作用;考虑连接件的延性损伤时,得到的节点极限温度降低,跨中挠度减小.该研究得出的结论将对受火节点的优化设计具有一定的指导意义.
[Abstract]:By using ISO standard heating curve and static implicit numerical simulation, the failure mode, limit temperature and maximum deflection of the joints are studied. The effects of bolt grade, bolt pretightening force, end plate thickness and ductile damage index on joint fire behavior were compared and analyzed. The analysis results show that the higher the bolt grade, the higher the limit temperature before failure, and the lower the mid-span deflection, the higher the ultimate temperature of the joint is when the bolt preload force is set. Considering the ductile damage of the joints, the ultimate temperature of the joints is reduced and the mid-span deflection is reduced. The conclusion of this study will be helpful to the optimal design of fire-affected joints.
