阿坝移动办公楼机电安装工程项目风险管理研究

【摘要】:建筑安装设施是与人们生活息息相关的一部分,机电设备的安装以及运行中的安全直接关系到群众生命健康在内的根本利益。阿坝移动办公楼安装工程由于复杂的环境因素、高标准的技术因素和资金等不确定因素的大量存在,使得整个项目中充满了大量的风险因素威胁项目顺利完工;同时复杂多变的使用环境以及使用单位维护、管理水平的参差不齐,导致许多安全隐患存在于项目的运行过程中,严重威胁使用者的安全。基于此背景,本文以阿坝移动办公楼机电安装工程项目为研究对象,以项目风险管理的知识体系和工具为指导,结合项目的准备、实施和运行三个阶段的安装项目特点,对办公楼机电安装工程项目中的风险识别、风险评估和风险控制进行探讨和分析,为保障阿坝移动办公楼安装工程项目的顺利完成提供有价值的参考。本文首先阐述了研究的背景及意义、内容和方法,在此基础上对项目管理、项目风险管理方面的相关理论进行了回顾,并梳理和归纳了与安装工程项目风险管理方面的研究成果,为后续的研究寻找理论和方法的支持。其次运用案例研究的方法分析阿坝移动办公楼安装工程项目现状,在此基础上结合项目实施三阶段的不同特征,利用问卷调查等方法分析该项目三个阶段存在的风险。紧接着在项目风险识别的基础上,利用多维风险矩阵以及模糊综合评价技术对项目安装工程的准备、实施以及运行过程中存在的风险进行评估。然后在分析了项目实施过程三阶段的风险识别和风险评估的基础上,对不同阶段存在的风险给出相应的风险应对政策,以保障项目的顺利完工。最后则是本文的研究结论。总的来说,本文对阿坝移动办公楼安装工程项目风险管理方面的研究符合整个项目当前工作的需要,也为项目完成后设备投入运行后的安全提供一定的保障。同时也为今后开展类似的工程项目提供了较好的思路和指导,因此具有重要的价值和深远的意义。
[Abstract]:The installation of building facilities is a part closely related to people's daily life. The installation and safety of mechanical and electrical equipment are directly related to the fundamental interests of people's life and health. Because of the complex environmental factors, high standard technical factors and funds, the installation of Aba mobile office building project is full of a lot of risk factors, which threaten the completion of the project. At the same time, the complex and changeable use environment, maintenance and management level of the use unit are not uniform, resulting in a lot of security risks exist in the running process of the project, seriously threatening the safety of users. Based on this background, this paper takes the mechanical and electrical installation project of Aba mobile office building as the research object, taking the knowledge system and tools of project risk management as the guidance, combining with the preparation of the project, implementing and running the characteristics of the installation project in three stages. This paper discusses and analyzes the risk identification, risk assessment and risk control in the mechanical and electrical installation project of office building, which provides a valuable reference for ensuring the successful completion of the installation project of Aba mobile office building. In this paper, the background and significance, contents and methods of the research are described. Based on this, the related theories of project management and project risk management are reviewed. The research results of risk management of installation project are summarized and summarized to find the support of theory and method for the following research. Secondly, using the method of case study to analyze the present situation of the installation project of Aba mobile office building, combined with the different characteristics of the three stages of the project implementation, the risk of the three phases of the project is analyzed by questionnaire survey. Then on the basis of project risk identification, the multi-dimension risk matrix and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation technology are used to evaluate the risks existing in the preparation, implementation and operation of the project installation project. Then, based on the analysis of the risk identification and risk assessment in the three stages of the project implementation process, the corresponding risk response policies are put forward to ensure the smooth completion of the project. The last part is the conclusion of this paper. In general, the research on the risk management of Aba mobile office building project in this paper accords with the needs of the whole project, and also provides a certain guarantee for the safety of the equipment after the completion of the project. At the same time, it also provides good ideas and guidance for carrying out similar projects in the future, so it has important value and far-reaching significance.
