低碳出行导向的居住街区适宜尺度研究

【摘要】:基于对街区尺度相关研究的梳理及对我国街区尺度特点的分析,指出街区尺度过大的弊端,并对小尺度居住街区与居民出行关系进行实证研究。在此基础上,以公交站点的覆盖半径、居民的舒适步行距离、地块适宜的开发尺寸及交通技术要求等为依据,给出低碳出行导向的居住街区的适宜尺寸建议,并归纳了两种布局方式及其适用范围。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the related research on block scale and the analysis of the characteristics of block scale in China, this paper points out the disadvantages of excessive block scale, and makes an empirical study on the relationship between small-scale residential blocks and residents' travel. On this basis, based on the coverage radius of the bus station, the comfortable walking distance of the residents, the appropriate development size of the land and the traffic technical requirements, the paper gives the appropriate dimensions of the low carbon travel oriented residential block. And summarized two kinds of layout mode and its application scope.
