房车露营地建设及规划设计初探

【摘要】：改革开放以来,我国经济在平稳而飞速发展中取得进一步提高,居民的生活质量和生活水平有了显著提高,传统的出行娱乐方式已经越来越不能满足人们日益增长的需求,在当前国民经济和文化素养进一步提高的背景下,新颖的消费和娱乐方式正以各种形式逐渐进入我国,房车露营就是其中之一。房车旅游是欧美各国经过近百年已经发展得相当成熟的一种旅游方式,相比于发达国家,我国的房车露营活动正处于刚起步的阶段,随着这项活动的开展和探索,许多新的问题涌现出来,这些问题在某些程度上十分严重地阻碍了我国房车露营运动的开展和房车露营地的建设。虽然我国的房车露营地建设起步较晚,但是建设需求量极大,也有大量的国外露营地建设的经验可供借鉴,在结合国内的特有现状和国民的生活习惯,制定正确的发展方向,避免盲目建设的前提下,我国房车露营地发展和建设的前景广阔。本文通过文献研究、比较研究、案例分析、实地考察等方法,从房车露营运动的起源、文化背景、东西方不同的消费观、出行观、审美观和居住观等方面分析,并进一步对国外房车露营地建设和运营状况、国内房车露营地的建设和发展现状进行解析,以房车露营地的规划设计为主要切入点,尝试对比较成熟的的房车露营地的规划建设进行研究,从房车路露营地的选址、功能、规模布局和细部设计以及投资和运营模式等方面系统阐述我国房车露营地的规划和建设方法,提出我国房车露营地未来发展要走的功能完备、选址科学、建设具有中国特色、消费多层次的道路方向,希望能对今后大规模建设的房车营地或者其他相关项目提供参考和可借鉴的经验。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's economy has achieved further improvement in the steady and rapid development, the quality of life and living standards of the residents have been significantly improved, the traditional way of travel and entertainment has become increasingly unable to meet the growing needs of people. Under the background of further improvement of national economy and cultural literacy, new ways of consumption and entertainment are gradually entering our country in various forms, and RV camping is one of them. RV tourism is a kind of tourism mode that has been developed quite mature in Europe and America after nearly 100 years. Compared with developed countries, RV camping in China is just in its infancy. With the development and exploration of this activity, Many new problems emerge, which, to some extent, hinder the development of RV camping movement and the construction of RV campsite in China. Although the construction of RV campsite in China started late, but there is a great demand for construction, there are also a large number of foreign campsite construction experience can be used for reference, in the light of the unique situation in China and the living habits of the people, to formulate the right direction of development, Under the premise of avoiding blind construction, the prospects of development and construction of RV campsite in China are broad. By means of literature research, comparative study, case analysis, field investigation and so on, this paper analyzes the origin of RV camping movement, the cultural background, the different consumption views of the East and the West, the view of travel, the aesthetic outlook and the view of residence, and so on. And further to the foreign RV campsite construction and operation situation, domestic RV campsite construction and development status of analysis, with the RV campsite planning and design as the main entry point. This paper attempts to study the planning and construction of the mature RV campsite, from the location and function of the RV campsite. This paper expounds systematically the planning and construction methods of RV campsite in China from the aspects of scale layout and detailed design, as well as investment and operation mode, and puts forward that the future development of RV campsite in China should have complete functions, scientific location selection and construction with Chinese characteristics. The road direction of multi-level consumption is expected to provide reference and experience for large-scale construction of RV camps or other related projects in the future.
