青少年关系规则意识发展特点与教育建议

【摘要】：规则意识的培养不仅关系到青少年的身心健康,更关系到未来和谐社会和法治社会的构建。关系规则意识涉及青少年良好人际关系的获得与维护,是社会规则意识的重要组成部分。根据瑞典学者索恩伯格(Thornberg)提出的关系规则理论框架,结合青少年实际生活情境,编制《青少年关系规则意识问卷》,探索并验证了关系规则意识的因素结构,结果发现:青少年关系规则意识可划分为四个维度:反欺侮意识、地位平等意识、礼貌待人意识、人我界限意识。信效度检验表明问卷具有良好的拟合度和信度。青少年关系规则意识的发展状况是:总体来看,高中青少年的关系规则意识显著低于初中青少年;反欺侮意识和地位平等意识发展水平相对较低且存在显著的年级差异。加强青少年关系规则意识教育,应注重教育内容的全面性和差异性;应注重主观和客观的结合,并以"知行统一"作为评价的核心标准。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of rule consciousness is not only related to the physical and mental health of teenagers, but also to the construction of a harmonious society and a society governed by law in the future. It is an important part of the consciousness of social rules. According to the theoretical framework of relationship rules put forward by Swedish scholar Thornberg, combining the actual life situation of teenagers, A questionnaire on awareness of adolescent relationship rules was compiled to explore and verify the factor structure of the awareness of relationship rules. The results showed that the consciousness of relationship rules could be divided into four dimensions: anti-bullying consciousness, equal status consciousness, and politeness consciousness. The test of reliability and validity shows that the questionnaire has good fit and reliability. The development of the awareness of relationship rules among adolescents is as follows: generally speaking, the awareness of relationship rules of senior high school teenagers is significantly lower than that of junior high school teenagers; The level of development of anti-bullying consciousness and equal status consciousness is relatively low and there are significant grade differences. In order to strengthen the consciousness education of relationship rules among teenagers, we should pay attention to the comprehensiveness and difference of educational content, the combination of subjective and objective. The core standard of evaluation is the unity of knowledge and action.
