【摘要】：基于中西对比的视角,林语堂形成了独特的教育思想体系。它由"以人为本"的教育目的论、以能力评价为归宿的教育评价观、以"学风建设"为核心的教育管理观、以"自由"为要义的高等教育观和以"清顺自然"为宗旨的英语教学观构成。而"脚跨东西文化"以及由此而产生的"一捆矛盾"是其重要的思想背景;基督教教育和生活影响下的自由和快乐的内在诉求是其重要的文化背景;深刻的传统文化情结是其教育理论体系发展的根本动力。
[Abstract]:Based on the perspective of Chinese and Western contrast, Lin Yutang has formed a unique educational thought system. It consists of the "people-oriented" educational objective theory, the educational evaluation view of the ability evaluation as the destination, the educational management view with "the construction of the study style" as the core, the higher education view of "freedom" and the English teaching view of "clear the nature" and "clear the nature". "The foot straddle the eastern and Western cultures" and the resulting "a bundle of contradictions" is its important ideological background; the inherent appeal of freedom and happiness under the influence of Christian education and life is its important cultural background, and the profound traditional cultural complex is the fundamental motive force for the development of its educational theory system.
