社会资本视角下的学校共同体及其建设

【摘要】：学校共同体是基于对教和学活动的共识而共享着价值观,且在共享价值观、愿景下以一种源自内心的激情而合作性地实现教育目标所形成的有机统一体。信任、互惠、合作的关系网络和共享价值观是学校共同体的关键性特征。在人与人、人与行动规则的互动中生成的信任、规范、期望和义务、惩罚机制等社会资本,是一种镶嵌在关系网络、社会结构中的资源,对学校共同体有着重要的整合和促进作用。因此,在学校内、外部社会资本开发中生成共同体粘合剂,营造利于学校共同体建设的内部机制和外部支持性环境,成为学校共同体建设的一个必要且有效途径。
[Abstract]:School community is based on the consensus of teaching and learning activities to share values, and in the sharing of values, vision with a passion from the heart and cooperative realization of the educational goals of the organic unity. Trust, reciprocity, cooperative relationship networks and shared values are key features of school community. Social capital such as trust, norm, expectation and obligation, punishment mechanism and so on generated in the interaction between people, people and rules of action is a kind of resource embedded in the relationship network, social structure, etc. It plays an important role in the integration and promotion of school community. Therefore, the formation of community adhesive in the development of external social capital and the creation of an internal mechanism and an external supportive environment conducive to the construction of the school community have become a necessary and effective way for the construction of the school community.
