马斯洛人本主义心理学思想及其对现代教育的启示

【摘要】:马斯洛的《动机与人格》一书自1954年第一版问世,至今已历经60多年,仍然经久不衰。其核心的"需要层次论"和"自我实现论"经过几代心理学者的钻研探讨,广为传播,影响深远。本文着重从马斯洛的人生经历、《动机与人格》的写作背景、人本主义心理学的产生、人本主义心理学思想的核心内容及其对现代教育的启示等几个方面进行探讨,以发掘《动机与人格》人本主义心理学思想的理论意义与实践意义。
[Abstract]:Maslow's motivation and Personality, which was first published in 1954, has lasted for more than 60 years. Its core theory of "hierarchy of needs" and "theory of self-actualization" have been widely disseminated and have far-reaching influence through several generations of psychologists. This paper focuses on Maslow's life experience, the writing background of motivation and Personality, the emergence of humanistic psychology, the core content of humanistic psychology and its enlightenment to modern education, etc. To explore the theoretical and practical significance of humanistic psychology.
