高考英语改革问题及对策研究

【摘要】:从1952年建立高考考试制度以来,英语在高考中的地位一直是跌宕起伏。直到1977年我国恢复高考以后,英语科目才开始受到不断的关注,高考英语分值也从1978年不断增加,最后在1999年的“3+X”科目改革后,英语就进入到史上最受重视的时期。由于英语在高考占据着重要的位置,导致学生投入了过多的精力和时间并且也影响到其他学科的学习,但结果却是“哑巴英语”、“聋哑英语”盛行,投入和收效不成比例。这种费时低效的英语现状与我国改革开放以后不断提高的国际地位和国际影响是不相符的。因此,对英语的改革是大势所趋。随着教育部发布的“1号文件”《关于2013年深化教育领域综合改革的意见》(简称《意见》)明确提出的要研究高考英语一年多次考试的研究方法的导向,随后全国各地就开始紧密制定高考改革方案,各地的方案都明确跟随着国家的步伐,对英语进行一年两考的改革。但是具体分析各地的英语改革方案,不论是北京英语的降分还是山东的取消听力测试,实际上都是促使英语教学从应试向应用的转变。高考测试在我国作为一个指挥棒,一改则动全身,因此本文围绕着我国目前的高考英语改革进行了具体的阐述,并且在积极分析高考英语改革带来促进英语教育从应试转向应用和改变一直以来一考订终身的弊端等积极作用的同时,深入分析了高考英语一年两考的改革可能带来的问题例如学生的学习负担不降反而增加、引发隐性的不公平和冲击正常的英语教学等问题。对如何解决这些问题也提出了相应的对策。最后阐述了高考英语的一年两考是高考英语实行社会化考试的试水田,应该在高考英语一年两考的改革的基础上稳步推进高考英语社会化,才能更好地解决当前英语存在的问题。
[Abstract]:Since the establishment of the college entrance examination system in 1952, the position of English in the college entrance examination has been fluctuating. Until the resumption of college entrance examination in 1977, English subjects began to receive constant attention. The score of NMET increased from 1978 to the end. Finally, after the reform of 3+X subjects in 1999, English entered the most important period in history. As English occupies an important position in the college entrance examination, it causes students to invest too much energy and time, and also affects other subjects' learning. But the result is that "dumb English" and "deaf mute English" prevail, and investment and efficiency are out of proportion. This time - consuming and inefficient English situation is incompatible with the international and international influence of China after the reform and opening up. Therefore, the reform of English is the trend of the times. With the Ministry of Education issued document No. 1 "in 2013 on deepening the comprehensive reform of the field of education opinion" (hereinafter referred to as the "opinions") clearly put forward to study English entrance exam several times a year the guide, then the country began to closely related to the development of the college entrance examination reform program, the program around are clear with the country the pace of reform, the two year for the English exam. However, a detailed analysis of English reform programs everywhere, whether Beijing's English scores or Shandong's abolition of listening tests, are actually promoting the transformation of English teaching from examination to application. College entrance examination in our country as a baton, a change body, therefore this paper focused on the current reform of college entrance examination in English in detail, and actively promote the reform of the college entrance examination of English from English education from test to application and change has been a lifelong textual research the drawbacks of the positive role at the same time, deep analysis of the college entrance examination English exam year two may bring reform issues such as the burden of students, increase but not decrease caused recessive unfair and impact the normal English teaching problems. The corresponding countermeasures are also put forward to solve these problems. Finally, the two test of NMET in the year is the test bed for the implementation of social examination in NMET. We should steadily promote the socialization of NMET English based on the reform of NMET two, so as to better solve the existing problems in English.
