【摘要】:随着当今社会主义现代化建设的深入发展,情商培养有着极其重要的作用,在我国提升中学生的情商素养也有着必要性和紧迫性。针对目前中学生的情商现状,初中思想品德课作为一门培养中学生世界观、人生观、价值观的学科,更是肩负着情商培养的重任。如何把中学生培养成为德才兼备的社会主义建设者,如何将情商培养与中学思想品德课教学有效结合起来,如何在初中思想品德课中加强对中学生情商的培养,需要进行更进一步的探索,这也是本文研究的目的所在。本文立足于中学思想品德课程的教学过程,以中学教材为支撑,采用文献研究法、理论联系实际的方法、文本分析法、分析与综合相结合等方法,展开对初中思想品德课教学与中学生情商培养的研究,并根据理论分析与实践经验阐述了在初中思想品德课中对中学生进行情商培养的社会意义和个体意义,探究出思想品德课教学与中学生情商培养具有一定的相关性,指出学生的思想、道德品质与心理、情感品质相互制约,培养学生的情商是初中思想品德课教学的应有之意,初中思想品德课教学目标与学生情商培养的目标具有一致性,由此说明在思想品德课教学中对学生进行情商培养具有必要性;之后从思想品德课的教学内容、教学方式和思想品德课教师几个方面研究了在初中思想品德课教学中进行情商培养的可能性,指出可以将情商培养贯穿于中学思想品德课教学内容当中,通过优化思想品德课教学方式促进对中学生的情商素养的培养,通过提升教师的情商素养来对学生的情商培养产生潜移默化的影响。最后本文从完善思想品德课的教学条件,提升初中思想品德课教师的情商水平,在思想品德课教学的各个环节渗透情商培养,拓展思想品德课教学、通过课外活动提升中学生情商水平等几个方面,展开对在思想品德课教学当中对中学生进行情商培养路径选择的论述,力求更好的保障思想品德这门课程的教学效果,更好地在思想品德课中提升中学生的情商素养。
[Abstract]:With the further development of the socialist modernization construction, the cultivation of EQ plays an extremely important role, and it is necessary and urgent to improve the EQ literacy of middle school students in our country, aiming at the current situation of EQ among middle school students. As a discipline of cultivating students' world outlook, outlook on life and values, junior middle school students' ideological and moral course is shouldering the important task of cultivating emotional quotient. How to cultivate middle school students into socialist constructors with both morality and talent. How to effectively combine emotional quotient training with middle school ideological and moral teaching, and how to strengthen the cultivation of middle school students' emotional quotient in junior middle school ideological and moral education, need further exploration. This is also the purpose of this study. This paper is based on the middle school ideological and moral course teaching process, with the middle school teaching materials as the support, the use of literature research method, theory combined with practical methods, text analysis. By combining analysis and synthesis, the research on the teaching of middle school students' ideological and moral education and the cultivation of middle school students' emotional quotient is carried out. Based on the theoretical analysis and practical experience, this paper expounds the social and individual significance of emotional quotient training for middle school students in the ideological and moral course of junior high school. To explore the ideological and moral teaching and emotional quotient cultivation of middle school students have a certain correlation, pointing out that the students' thought, moral quality and psychological, emotional quality mutual constraints. Cultivating students' emotional quotient is the proper meaning of junior high school ideological and moral teaching, and the teaching goal of junior high school ideological and moral education is consistent with the goal of students' emotional quotient training. Therefore, it is necessary to cultivate the students' emotional quotient in the course of ideological and moral teaching. Then from the ideological and moral teaching content, teaching methods and ideological and moral lesson teachers in several aspects of the junior high school ideological and moral teaching in the possibility of emotional quotient training. It is pointed out that the cultivation of emotional quotient can be run through the teaching content of middle school ideological and moral course, and promote the cultivation of emotional quotient literacy of middle school students by optimizing the teaching method of ideological and moral education. Through the improvement of teachers'EQ literacy to students'EQ cultivation has a subtle impact. Finally, this article from the improvement of ideological and moral teaching conditions, to improve the EQ level of junior high school EQ teachers. In the ideological and moral teaching of each link permeates the emotional quotient training, expands the ideological and moral lesson teaching, through the extracurricular activity enhances the middle school student's emotional quotient level and so on several aspects. In order to better guarantee the teaching effect of the course of ideological and moral character, this paper discusses the choice of the way to cultivate the emotional quotient of the middle school students in the course of ideological and moral education. Better in the ideological and moral class to improve the emotional intelligence of middle school students.
