中小学班主任制度变革的新进展与前瞻

【摘要】：中小学班主任制度自诞生之日始,对我国教育事业发展做出了重大贡献的同时,其弊端也日益显现。基于此,不少学校在班主任制度变革方面进行了实践探索:取消班主任教育角色、团队班主任制度、完善"一人班主任制"。班主任制度变革的理论新探索有:多班主任制、专职辅导员制度、全面导师制。当前班主任制度变革在几个方面急需加大学术研究力度。
[Abstract]:Since the birth of the headteacher system in primary and secondary schools, it has made great contributions to the development of education in China. Many schools have carried on the practice exploration in the class teacher system reform aspect: cancels the class teacher education role, the team class teacher system. Perfect "one-person class teacher system". The new exploration of the theory of class teacher system reform includes: multi-class teacher system, full-time counsellor system. The reform of class teacher system is in urgent need of strengthening academic research in several aspects.
