【摘要】：阳光体育活动开展实施效果的研究,是对阳光体育活动开展以来整体情况的总结性评价,也是对阳光体育活动实施的质量、活动取得效果的检查;而科学合理的评价阳光体育活动的实施效果,能够客观、公正的评价学生参与课外体育锻炼的情况及学校体育发展概况,充分发挥其评价结果的导向性、激励性、协调性、管理性等方面的功能。中小学是培养国家栋梁之才的地方,学生的学习成绩重要,学生的身体素质更重要,健康的体魄是青少年儿童的物质载体,在全面认真落实国家的方针政策,大力推进素质教育的今天,学生的身体素质也受到了高度的重视,提高学生身体素质,使学生成为全面发展的人才,成为国家的建设者和接班人。本文以曲靖市城镇中小学阳光体育活动的实施现状为出发点,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、实地调查法等研究方法,查阅相关资料,得出曲靖市城镇中小学阳光体育实施效果的结论:第一、通过对曲靖市城镇中小学阳光体育的开展现状进行分析和研究,各中小学的总体情况令人满意;第二、各中小学都在在阳光体育实施过程中,将学校体育与阳光体育结合起来,促进了学生对阳光体育的认识;第三、曲靖市很多中小学不断的创新,根据学校的实际情况研究教学内容,成立体育兴趣小组,使学生更广泛的参与到体育活动中去;第四、和谐的体育人文环境是阳光体育运动开展的关键因素。本研究的目的:旨在为分析曲靖市城镇中小学阳光体育开展现状和实施效果,为曲靖市更好的开展学生的课外体育活动,并为推动阳光体育更好的发展,提出科学的理论参考依据。
[Abstract]:The research on the effect of carrying out the sunshine sports activities is the summation evaluation of the whole situation since the sunshine sports activities are carried out, and also the inspection of the quality of the implementation of the sunshine sports activities and the results obtained from the activities. The scientific and reasonable evaluation of the implementation effect of sunshine sports activities can objectively and fairly evaluate the situation of students' participation in extracurricular physical exercise and the general situation of school sports development, and give full play to the guidance, encouragement and coordination of the evaluation results. Primary and secondary schools are places where the pillars of the country are trained, students' academic performance is important, students' physical quality is more important, and healthy physique is the material carrier of young and young children. Today, when the principles and policies of the country are fully implemented and quality education is vigorously promoted, the students' physical fitness is also highly valued, so as to improve their physical quality and enable them to become talents for all-round development. To become the constructor and successor of the country. Based on the status quo of the implementation of sunshine sports in primary and secondary schools in Qujing, this paper uses the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, field investigation and so on. Referring to relevant data, draw the conclusions of the implementation effect of urban primary and secondary schools in Qujing: first, through the analysis and research on the status quo of the development of primary and secondary school sunshine sports in Qujing city, the overall situation of the primary and secondary schools is satisfactory; second, In the process of implementing sunshine sports, all primary and secondary schools combine school sports with sunshine sports, which promotes students' understanding of sunshine sports. Thirdly, many primary and secondary schools in Qujing have constantly innovated. According to the actual situation of the school to study the teaching content, set up sports interest groups to enable students to participate more extensively in sports activities; 4th, The purpose of this study is to analyze the present situation and effect of sunshine sports in primary and secondary schools in Qujing city, and to develop extracurricular sports activities for students. And in order to promote the better development of sunshine sports, put forward the scientific theory reference basis.
