人本视野下高中英语课堂教学管理现状及对策研究

【摘要】:党的十八届三中全会通过的《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》对教育领域做出重大部署,,明确提出“全面贯彻党的教育方针,坚持立德树人,加强社会主义核心价值体系教育,完善中华优秀传统文化教育,形成爱学习、爱劳动、爱祖国活动的有效形式和长效机制,增强学生社会责任感、创新精神、实践能力。”教育部部长袁贵仁强调,坚持立德树人的基本导向,本质上就是要求育人为本、德育为先、能力为重、全面发展,努力为每一名学生提供适合的教育,让每个孩子都能成为有用之才。党和国家关于教育的这一重大部署,再次突出了教育“以人为本”这一基本命题,强调对学生生命价值的尊重和人性潜能的挖掘,并以提高和扩展人的价值为终极目标。 然而,在尚未完全摆脱应试教育的大背景下,我国各层次教育与人本理念不协调、不统一的情况还不同程度存在,一定程度上制约了教育效率和效果。本文以高中英语课堂教学管理为切入点,以调查问卷、访谈和随堂听课等实证研究方式,宏观掌握高中英语课堂管理现状,集中分析高中英语课堂管理存在的问题与原因,认真研究人本视野下优化高中英语课堂管理的对策,力求为改进高中英语课堂管理、丰富高中英语课堂管理理论提供一些帮助。 本研究坚持目标导向,力求实现以下具体研究目标:(1)帮助高中学生提升获得英语基础知识的技能,培养学生发现英语学习和运用中的问题以及提升分析和解决这些问题的能力,发挥英语教育在促进学生全面发展中的建设性作用;(2)重新定位高中英语教师角色,使其转变教学思维方式、探索高中英语课堂管理新策略,养成科学有效管理的评价和反思习惯,促进英语教师的专业化发展;(3)优化高中英语课堂管理策略,建立和谐师生关系。为“人本”思想在高中英语课堂中的应用的进一步研究提供可靠参考

However, under the background of not completely getting rid of examination-oriented education, different levels of education in China are not in harmony with the concept of humanism, and the situation of disunity still exists to varying degrees. To a certain extent, it restricts the efficiency and effect of education. This paper takes the management of English classroom teaching in senior high school as the starting point, takes questionnaire, interviews and other empirical research methods, etc., and grasps the present situation of English classroom management in senior high school macroscopically. This paper focuses on the analysis of the problems and causes of English classroom management in senior high school, and studies the countermeasures of optimizing English classroom management in high school from the perspective of humanism, in order to provide some help for improving English classroom management in senior high school and enriching the theory of English classroom management in senior high school. This study adheres to the goal orientation and strives to achieve the following specific research goal: 1) to help senior high school students improve their skills in acquiring basic knowledge of English. To develop students' ability to find problems in English learning and use, to improve their ability to analyze and solve these problems, and to give full play to the constructive role of English education in promoting students' overall development. (2) to reposition the role of English teachers in senior high schools. It can change the teaching mode of thinking, explore new strategies of English classroom management in senior high school, form the habit of scientific and effective management evaluation and reflection, promote the professional development of English teachers and optimize the strategy of English classroom management in senior high school. To establish a harmonious teacher-student relationship. To provide a reliable reference for the further study of the application of "humanism" in the English classroom of senior high school.
