中学教育科研制度效率研究

【摘要】:中学教育科研工作兴起于20世纪80年代,30多年来,通过各级教育科研机构的不懈努力,中学教育科研工作得到了长足发展。然而,如今我国大部分中学的教育科研工作,依然处于一个低效状态。这种低效主要来自于三个方面,第一,学校与教师对中学教育科研认识不够清晰,例如,学校不能对中学教育科研有正确的定位,教师从事教育科研工作的身份也不够认同。第二,学校与教师从事教育科研方式方法存在问题,如科研工作的难度、数量的要求,教师从事科研工作的方法。第三,中学对于教育科研环境的建构不够完善,没有形成好的中学教育科研氛围,从而导致科研活动难以顺利进行。以上三个方面的问题,已经或多或少存在于各个中学,通过研究,作者认为,造成这三个方面问题的主要原因,是中学教育科研制度效率低下,中学教育科研制度未能为教师明确引导教育科研工作方向、合理配置资源、激励科研工作、降低交易成本。本文将对中学教育科研制度进行研究,分析发现当今中学教育科研制度存在的问题,并提出改进建议。研究中学教育科研制度,作者选取JB、JK两所中学,对其教育科研制度、教师教育科研行为进行了调查分析。制度分析中,通过文本分析,作者发现,两所中学教育科研制度正处在一个不断完善的阶段,但依然存在教育科研的要求不明确、教育科研工作量过大、激励不足、学校重视程度不足、学校的支持力度过小等问题,制度效率低下。在教师科研行为的分析中,作者对教师与教育科研管理者进行了访谈,同时对教师进行了问卷调查。在调查中,作者发现,,教师的工作压力过大,教育科研工作态度不够认真,对教育科研工作定位不明确,甚至对教育科研工作要求都存在疑问。教育科研工作低效的问题确实存在,并且正是科研制度低效的体现。因此,中学教育科研制度确实需要进一步改进,提升其效率。最后,通过文献研究和学校的调查分析,作者认为,中学教育科研制度的改进需要从正式制度、非正式制度和制度建设方式三个方面进行改进。在正式制度中,作者认为,学校应该提倡校本化科研、应用型科研、团队化科研、制度文本设计应该更加权责明确,工作任务要符合教师的实际水平。同时为教师提供相应的科研支持。在非正式制度中,应对教育科研更加重视,加强校园科研文化氛围建设,增强宣传力度,构建良好中学教育科研文化。在制度的建设上,不要追求一步到位,要有发展改进的方式,成体系的建设中学教育科研制度。通过以上三方面的改进,中学教育科研将会走向更加高效的发展道路。
[Abstract]:The work of middle school education and scientific research has been developed greatly through the unremitting efforts of educational and scientific research institutions at all levels in the past 30 years since 1980s. However, most middle schools in our country now have a great deal of scientific research work in education and scientific research. It is still in a state of inefficiency. This inefficiency mainly comes from three aspects. First, schools and teachers do not have a clear understanding of the scientific research of middle school education. For example, schools cannot have a correct orientation for middle school education and scientific research. Second, there are problems in the way in which schools and teachers engage in educational scientific research, such as the difficulty of scientific research, the requirement of quantity, the method of teachers' engaging in scientific research. Third, The construction of the educational and scientific research environment in middle schools is not perfect enough, and the atmosphere of educational scientific research in middle schools has not been formed, thus leading to the difficulty of carrying out scientific research activities smoothly. The above three problems have more or less existed in various middle schools, through research, The author believes that the main causes of these three problems are the inefficiency of the system of middle school education and scientific research, the failure of the system of middle school education and scientific research to clearly guide the direction of educational research work for teachers, the rational allocation of resources, and the encouragement of scientific research work. In this paper, we will study the system of middle school education and scientific research, analyze the problems existing in the system of education and scientific research in middle school, and put forward some suggestions on how to improve it. The author chooses two middle schools, JBX and JK, to study the system of middle school education and scientific research. Through the text analysis, the author finds that the educational and scientific research system of two middle schools is in a stage of continuous improvement. However, there are still some problems, such as unclear requirements of educational scientific research, excessive workload of educational scientific research, insufficient incentive, insufficient attention by schools, too little support from schools, low system efficiency, etc. In the analysis of teachers' scientific research behavior, The author has conducted interviews with teachers and managers of educational research, and conducted a questionnaire survey on teachers. In the investigation, the author found that teachers' work pressure is too high, and their attitude to educational scientific research is not serious enough. The orientation of educational scientific research work is not clear, and even the requirements of educational scientific research work are in doubt. The problem of inefficient educational scientific research work does exist, and it is the embodiment of inefficient scientific research system. The system of middle school education and scientific research really needs to be further improved and its efficiency improved. Finally, through literature research and school investigation and analysis, the author believes that the improvement of the system of middle school education and scientific research needs to begin with the formal system. In the formal system, the author believes that schools should promote school-based scientific research, applied scientific research, team scientific research, and institutional text design. In the informal system, we should pay more attention to educational scientific research, strengthen the construction of cultural atmosphere of campus scientific research, and strengthen propaganda. To construct a good middle school education and scientific research culture. In the construction of the system, we should not pursue one step in one step, we should have the way of development and improvement, and build the system of middle school education and scientific research systemically. Through the above three aspects of improvement, Middle school education and scientific research will move towards a more efficient way of development.
