【摘要】：正提升教育质量是教育事业发展的生命线。基础教育是国民教育体系中的奠基工程,提升其质量具有战略性意义,其中关键要素在师资,重要手段是加强专业指导。当前我国基础教育迫切需要专业化指导。应该说,经过多年的发展和积累,我国基础教育教学常规和管理制度已渐成体系,在国际上有着广泛的影响,甚至一些发达国家也在探索和效仿"中国模式"和"中国经验"。但同
[Abstract]:Improving the quality of education is the lifeline of the development of education. Basic education is the foundation project in the national education system. It is of strategic significance to improve the quality of education, the key element of which is teachers. The important means is to strengthen professional guidance. At present, China's basic education urgently needs professional guidance. It should be said that after years of development and accumulation, the basic education teaching routine and management system of our country has gradually become a system. Even some developed countries are exploring and emulating the "China model" and "China experience".
