美国学校改进项目变革模式分析——基于有效学校改进综合框架

【摘要】：本文通过理解与分析有效学校改进的综合框架,明确框架中的基本要素以及要素之间的相互关系,从而利用有效学校改进的综合框架具体分析典型的美国学校改进项目。通过对美国学校改进项目的变革模式分析,明确实施学校改进时需考虑的宏观要素,得出对我国中小学学校改进的建议。
[Abstract]:Through understanding and analyzing the comprehensive framework of effective school improvement and clarifying the basic elements in the framework and the relationship between the elements, this paper makes use of the comprehensive framework of effective school improvement to analyze the typical American school improvement projects.Based on the analysis of the reform mode of American school improvement project and the macro factors to be considered in the implementation of school improvement, some suggestions for the improvement of primary and secondary schools in China are obtained.
