基于培训迁移的中小学教师培训有效模型构建研究

【摘要】:计算机技术的不断革新推动了教育信息化的进程,也给教师的信息技能和素养提出了新的要求,尤其是对民族地区的中小学教师提出了很大挑战。在民族地区培养一批具有现代信息理念和现代信息技术的高素质教师队伍,成为推动民族教育信息化发展的重要举措。为响应国家对中小学教师信息技术应用能力提升工程培训项目的相关政策和号召,四川省对四川民族地区的中小学教师进行了信息技术应用能力提升的培训项目。培训工作正在如火如荼地开展着。笔者曾多次参与教师培训项目,切身体会到现有的培训存在一定的问题,在培训活动结束后,对教师“学以致用”的情况有待进一步跟踪和支持,培训效果和质量有待进一步提高。本文从培训项目实际和培训迁移角度出发,调研教师在培训后对培训组织活动的满意程度以及对所学内容的运用情况,分析当前民族地区教师培训存在的问题,总结梳理影响培训迁移效果的因素,从迁移角度出发,运用解释结构模型法构建适合民族地区中小学教师信息技术应用能力培训的有效模型,并依据模型设计培训内容,对该模型的实用性和可操作性进行案例实施和分析,进一步验证该模型的可行性和使用该模型的必要性。本论文总共有六章内容:第一章:绪论,主要从课题的研究背景和国内外研究现状方面进行阐述,进而介绍本课题的研究意义、内容、方法、成果和研究思路。第二章:阐述本研究课题的研究基础。主要对本研究课题中所涉及的相关理论和概念进行界定。第三章:调研分析阶段。在实践调研和文献阅读的基础上,设计问卷,分别对民族地区教育信息化和教师的特点以及受训教师对培训项目的感受和评价以及调研参培教师在培训结束后对所学内容的运用情况。依据数据统计分析结果,梳理总结影响培训迁移的关键因素,提出模型构建的理论构想,为下一步构建模型做好铺垫。第四章是在第三章的基础上,综合成人学习理论、培训迁移理论和绩效技术理论,结合解释结构模型法,构建基于培训迁移的教师培训有效模型,绘制模型结构图,并对模型的实施设计了相应的辅助策略。第五章:案例设计和实施部分。设计培训案例,进行培训实践活动,对培训迁移情况进行评估,并对所构建的模型进行实施和应用,分析其效果,发现其优点。第六章:总结和展望。总结本研究课题的一些重要工作和主要成果,回顾整个研究过程和论文的贡献点,反思笔者此次研究中存在的不足,提出进一步需要改进的工作和研究方向。
[Abstract]:The continuous innovation of computer technology has promoted the process of education informatization, and has also put forward new requirements for teachers' information skills and literacy, especially for primary and secondary school teachers in ethnic minority areas.Cultivating a group of high-quality teachers with modern information concept and modern information technology in minority areas has become an important measure to promote the development of national education information.In order to respond to the relevant policies and calls of the national training project on the improvement of the IT application ability of primary and secondary school teachers, Sichuan Province has carried out a training project to promote the IT application ability of primary and secondary school teachers in Sichuan ethnic minority areas.The training is in full swing.The author has participated in teacher training projects for many times, and has realized that there are some problems in the existing training. After the training activities, the situation of teachers "using learning to use" needs to be further tracked and supported.The effect and quality of training need to be further improved.From the point of view of training project practice and training transfer, this paper investigates the teachers' satisfaction with the training organization and the application of what they have learned after training, and analyzes the problems existing in teacher training in ethnic minority areas.This paper summarizes the factors that affect the effect of training transfer, from the point of view of transfer, applies the method of explanatory structure model to construct an effective model for the training of information technology application ability of primary and secondary school teachers in ethnic minority areas, and designs the training content according to the model.The practicability and maneuverability of the model are analyzed and implemented to verify the feasibility of the model and the necessity of using the model.There are six chapters in this paper: the first chapter: introduction, mainly from the research background of the subject and the current research situation at home and abroad, and then introduce the research significance, content, methods, achievements and research ideas.Chapter two: expound the research foundation of this research subject.This paper mainly defines the related theories and concepts involved in this research topic.Chapter three: the stage of investigation and analysis.On the basis of practical investigation and literature reading, the questionnaire is designed.The characteristics of education informatization and teachers in minority areas, the experience and evaluation of the training project and the application of what they have learned after the training have been investigated.According to the results of statistical analysis, this paper summarizes the key factors that affect the transfer of training, puts forward the theoretical conception of model construction, and lays the groundwork for the next step to build the model.The fourth chapter is based on the third chapter, integrated adult learning theory, training transfer theory and performance technology theory, combined with the interpretation structure model method, build the effective training model based on training transfer, draw the model structure diagram.The corresponding assistant strategy is designed for the implementation of the model.Chapter 5: case design and implementation.The training case is designed, the training practice is carried out, the training transfer is evaluated, the model is implemented and applied, the effect is analyzed and its advantages are found.Chapter six: summary and prospect.This paper summarizes some important work and main achievements of this research, reviews the whole research process and contribution points of the thesis, reflects on the shortcomings of the author's research, and puts forward the further work and research direction that need to be improved.
