韩国中小学汉语志愿者教师教学适应性调查

【摘要】:本文运用问卷调查和深度访谈的方法,对86名赴韩中小学志愿者教师的教学适应情况进行调查,力图全面客观地展现出赴韩中小学志愿者教师的教学适应总体情况、教学适应困难及其产生的原因,并从主客观两方面提出解决和改善的建议。研究发现,赴韩中小学汉语志愿者教师的教学适应情况总体良好,但也普遍存在适应困难。主要表现为:课堂管理不适应,难以维持正常的教学秩序;教学资源缺乏,备课量大;难以调动学生的学习兴趣等。最后,本文就提升赴韩中小学汉语志愿者教师的教学适应能力提出两方面建议。客观方面,汉办应细化培训内容,加强培训的针对性,同时注重韩语培训,提前提供全面的学校相关信息。韩方教育厅应该加强培训内容的实用性,组织志愿者教师进行韩语学习,定期组织教学经验交流活动。学校方面,加强给予志愿者教师的支持,关心志愿者的生活和教学情况,主动提供帮助。完善志愿者教师的交接工作,建立学校信息系统和新老志愿者信息系统。主观方面,志愿者教师应做好出国前的准备,调整好心态,积极应对问题。加强对教学的反思和总结,志愿者之间分享成功的教学方法和经验。多与搭档教师沟通,拓展交际范围。加强学习,提高自身能力。
[Abstract]:This paper, by means of questionnaires and in-depth interviews, investigates the teaching adaptation of 86 volunteer teachers in primary and secondary schools in Korea, and tries to show the overall situation of teaching adaptation of volunteer teachers in primary and secondary schools in Korea comprehensively and objectively.Teaching adaptation difficulties and its causes, and from the subjective and objective two aspects of the solution and improvement suggestions.It is found that Chinese volunteer teachers in primary and secondary schools in Korea generally have good teaching adaptability, but they also generally have difficulties in teaching adaptation.The main manifestations are as follows: the classroom management is not adapted, it is difficult to maintain the normal teaching order, the teaching resources are short, the amount of lesson preparation is large, and it is difficult to arouse the students' interest in learning, etc.Finally, this paper puts forward two suggestions on how to improve the teaching adaptability of Chinese volunteer teachers in primary and secondary schools in Korea.Objectively, the Chinese Office should refine the training content, strengthen the pertinence of the training, pay attention to Korean training and provide comprehensive school information in advance.The Korean Department of Education should strengthen the practicability of the training content, organize volunteer teachers to study Korean and organize regular teaching experience exchange activities.School, strengthen the support to volunteer teachers, care about volunteer life and teaching situation, active help.Improve the handover of volunteer teachers, establish school information system and new and old volunteer information system.Subjective aspect, volunteer teacher should prepare well before going abroad, adjust good mentality, deal with problem actively.Strengthen the reflection and summary of teaching, and share successful teaching methods and experiences among volunteers.Communicate with partner teachers and expand the range of communication.Strengthen study, improve oneself ability.
