专家型教师与新手型教师语文课堂评价语言的比较研究

【摘要】:近些年来,语文新课程改革取得了突破,课堂教学评价成为语文教育界改革的新核心。语文新课程标准中建立了新的评价理念,语文课堂评价语言作为课堂教学评价的新切入点,值得深入研究。本文采取与家—新手对照比较的方式,综合应用文献法、问卷调查法、访谈法和观察法,对与家型教师不新手型教师的语文课堂评价语言进行了比较分析,主要从重视程度、使用情况、反思研究这三方面展开。从整体上看,语文与家型教师的课堂评价语言要优于语文新手型教师。我们认为这两类教师在语言素养、评价观念、教学能力、反思情况这四个方面存在差异,这些差异造成了语文课堂评价语言的丌同。对此,语文新手教师需要提高语言素养,树立语文课堂的新型评价理念,讲究语文课堂语言评价的技巧,进行积极的反思。学校、教育行政部门则可以从制定考核机制、品评标准、加强培训等方面,为语文新手型教师课堂评价语言的发展提供动力不支持。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the new Chinese curriculum reform has made a breakthrough, classroom teaching evaluation has become the new core of the reform of Chinese education.The new evaluation concept has been established in the new Chinese curriculum standard. As a new breakthrough point of classroom teaching evaluation, Chinese classroom evaluation language is worthy of further study.In this paper, a comparative analysis of the Chinese classroom evaluation language of non-novice teachers with homeschoolers is carried out by means of comprehensive application of literature, questionnaire, interview and observation.Use the situation, reflect on the three aspects of the study.On the whole, the classroom evaluation language of Chinese and home-based teachers is superior to that of novice teachers.We think that there are differences between the two kinds of teachers in four aspects: language literacy, evaluation concept, teaching ability and reflection. These differences result in the different language of Chinese classroom evaluation.In view of this, new Chinese teachers need to improve their language literacy, set up a new evaluation concept of Chinese classroom, pay attention to the skills of language evaluation in Chinese classroom, and carry on positive reflection.Schools and educational administrative departments can make assessment mechanism, evaluate standards, strengthen training and so on, and provide no support for the development of Chinese novice teachers' classroom evaluation language.
