PCK:“专业标准”下新手型高中地理教师培养研究

【摘要】:《中学教师专业标准(试行)》规定PCK (pedagogical content knowledge,简称PCK)是教师必备的专业知识之一,PCK是有关教师把学科知识转化为学生易于接受的形式,使学生有效获得的知识。本研究通过使用专家访谈、课堂观察、文本分析等方法,建构起新手型高中教师PCK标准,以此为依据对新手和专家的PCK进行比较研究,从而提出新手型高中地理教师的培养策略。其意义在于:在理论层面有利于深化中学教师专业标准的结构体系,在实践层面有利于促进新手型高中地理教师的专业发展。《标准》从学科知识、课程知识、学生知识、教学法知识等四个维度对教师的PCK提出要求。本文通过对《标准》的解读,构建新手型高中地理教师PCK标准,包括地理学科知识、地理课程知识、学生知识、地理教学法知识四个要素。这四个要素知识之下,又包括具体要素,其中学科知识包括地理内容知识、地理思想与方法知识、地理观念知识;地理课程知识包括对高中地理课程的整体理解、对高中地理课程模块的理解、对特定内容主题课程要求的理解等方面;学生知识包括对学生前认知的认识、对学生学习重难点的认识;地理教学法包括特定内容教学方法的知识。基于构建的标准,使用访谈、课堂观察等方法,对新手型地理教师与专家型地理教师的PCK进行比较研究,发现新手型教师存在:第一,学科知识结构尚未完善;第二,课程知识理解不够深入;第三,学生知识积累尚不扎实;第四,教学法知识应用还未熟练等问题。针对性提出新手地理教师培养策略,包括:第构建知识模型、深化学科知识;第二,研读课程标准、拓展课程知识;第三,关注学生生活、积累学生知识;第四,活用教学方法、优化教学知识。本研究初步分析了中学地理教师PCK构成及其特征,为构建中学地理教师专业标准,促进中学地理教师专业提供理论依据;提出新手地理教师培养策略,为新手教师的专业发展提供了实践路径。但是,访谈教师样本数量和分析课例较少,分析框架不够完善,效度、信度有待提高。
[Abstract]:The stipulation of "PCK" is one of the necessary professional knowledge for teachers.By using the methods of expert interview, classroom observation and text analysis, this study constructs the PCK standard for novice high school teachers, and makes a comparative study on the PCK of novice and expert.Thus, this paper puts forward the training strategy of the novice high school geography teacher.Its significance lies in: it is beneficial to deepen the structure system of the professional standard of middle school teachers in the theory level, and to promote the professional development of the novice high school geography teacher in the practical level. The standard is from the subject knowledge, the curriculum knowledge, the student knowledge.The four dimensions of pedagogical knowledge require teachers' PCK.Based on the interpretation of "Standard", this paper constructs the PCK standard for novice senior high school geography teachers, which includes geography knowledge, geography curriculum knowledge, students' knowledge and geography teaching method knowledge.The subject knowledge includes the knowledge of geography content, the knowledge of geography thought and method, the knowledge of geography idea, the knowledge of geography idea, the knowledge of geography curriculum including the whole understanding of geography curriculum in senior high school.The understanding of geography curriculum module of senior high school, the understanding of specific content subject course requirements, the students' knowledge including the cognition of students' pre-cognition, the understanding of students' important and difficult points in learning, etc.The geography teaching method includes the knowledge of the specific content teaching method.Based on the standard of construction, using the methods of interview and classroom observation, this paper makes a comparative study on the PCK of novice geography teachers and expert geography teachers, and finds that novice teachers exist: first, the discipline knowledge structure is not perfect; second,The course knowledge understanding is not deep enough; third, the students' knowledge accumulation is not solid; fourth, the teaching method knowledge application is not yet proficient and so on.The training strategies of new geography teachers include: constructing knowledge model, deepening subject knowledge; second, studying curriculum standards, expanding curriculum knowledge; third, paying attention to students' life and accumulating students' knowledge; fourth,Use teaching method to optimize teaching knowledge.This study preliminarily analyzes the composition and characteristics of PCK for middle school geography teachers, provides theoretical basis for the construction of professional standards of geography teachers in middle schools and promotes the specialty of geography teachers in middle schools, and puts forward the training strategies for new geography teachers.It provides a practical path for the professional development of novice teachers.However, the sample number of teachers interviewed and the analysis class examples are less, the analysis framework is not perfect, the validity and reliability need to be improved.
