手机上网对农村中学生思想政治教育的影响及对策

【摘要】：随着智能手机的普及,农村中学生使用手机浏览互联网已经成为一种比较普遍的现象,并且越来越深刻地影响到了他们的言行和思想。农村中学生手机上网成为已成为影响其思想政治教育的重要因素。一方面,手机上网给农村中学思想政治教育带来了一定的机遇,丰富了农村中学思想政治教育的可用资源,使农村中学思想政治教育获取路径更加便捷、教育教学手段更加多样、教育效果更加明显;另一方面,手机上网又给农村中学思想政治教育,包括教育内容、方式、教育主体和受教育者等各个方面带来严峻的挑战,加大了农村中学思想政治教育的难度,冲击传统思想政治教育模式,并且对农村政府、学校、思想政治教育者与家庭等提出新的更高的要求。不断提高农村中学生思想政治教育效果和思想道德素质,使其成为合格的社会主义事业接班人和建设者,需要积极应对手机上网这一全新的社会教育环境所带来的机遇和挑战,需要各级党组织、政府、学校、家庭和网络等各个教育主体共同努力,采取切实可行措施。各级政府要高度重视,做好引导、规划和监督管理工作、加强思想政治教育网站和完善红色网络的建设;学校要通过加强对中学生的思想道德教育、重视和加强他们的心理素质教育、法律与民族优良传统文化教育,以及建立“校内网”和学校区域内手机信号屏蔽系统、研究和推广新的思想政治教育软件等手段,继续发挥教育主阵地作用;思想政治教育工作者要树立科学的教育理念、构建完善的知识结构和培养熟练的媒体使用与利用网络开展思想政治教育的技能,发挥好教育的主导作用;同时要提高受教育者手机网络的使用素养和其他素养;还要求各个手机网站和网络平台努力创造干净的上网环境等。本文除导论外主要包括四个部分:第一部分,手机上网与农村中学生思想政治教育的关系,主要分析手机上网及其特点、手机时代农村中学生思想政治教育的重要性和特殊性、手机上网与农村中学生思想政治教育的关系,提出手机上网是影响农村中学生思想政治教育的重要因素;第二部分,通过对河南息县农村中学生手机上网现状进行实证调查,分析农村中学生使用手机上网的基本状况和受到的影响,为研究提供可信的一手材料;第三部分,手机上网给农村中学生思想政治教育带来的机遇和挑战;第四部分,创新手机上网环境下农村中学生思想政治教育的对策,本文提出,应对手机上网带来的严峻挑战,需要政府整合包括学校、家庭和网络运营商等在内的各个教育主体的力量,只有多措并举,才能形成强大合力,使农村中学生思想政治教育收到较好的效果。
[Abstract]:With the popularity of smart phones, it has become a relatively common phenomenon for middle school students in rural areas to browse the Internet using mobile phones, and it has more and more profound influence on their words, deeds and thoughts. Rural middle school students' mobile phone has become an important factor affecting their ideological and political education. On the one hand, mobile phone access to the Internet has brought a certain opportunity to the ideological and political education in rural middle schools, enriched the available resources of ideological and political education in rural middle schools, and made it more convenient to obtain the path of ideological and political education in rural middle schools. On the other hand, mobile phone access to the Internet has brought severe challenges to the ideological and political education in rural middle schools, including the contents, ways, subjects and students of education, and so on. It increases the difficulty of ideological and political education in rural middle schools, impacts on the traditional mode of ideological and political education, and puts forward new and higher requirements for rural governments, schools, ideological and political educators and families. To continuously improve the effect of ideological and political education and the ideological and moral quality of middle school students in rural areas, and make them become qualified successors and builders of socialist cause, we should actively deal with the opportunities and challenges brought about by the new social education environment of mobile phone surfing the Internet. All levels of Party organizations, governments, schools, families and networks are required to work together to take practical measures. Governments at all levels should attach great importance to it, do a good job in guiding, planning, supervising and managing work, strengthen the construction of ideological and political education websites and perfect the red network, and schools should strengthen ideological and moral education for middle school students. Pay attention to and strengthen their psychological quality education, legal and national fine traditional culture education, set up "inside school net" and school area mobile phone signal blocking system, research and popularize new ideological and political education software, etc. The ideological and political education workers should set up scientific educational idea, construct perfect knowledge structure and develop the skills of using and utilizing the network to carry out ideological and political education. To play a leading role in education; at the same time to improve the educated mobile phone network and other literacy; also requires each mobile phone website and network platform to create a clean Internet environment and so on. In addition to the introduction, this paper mainly includes four parts: the first part, the relationship between mobile phone surfing and rural middle school students' ideological and political education, mainly analyzes the mobile phone Internet access and its characteristics, the importance and particularity of rural middle school students' ideological and political education in the mobile phone era. The relationship between mobile phone surfing and the ideological and political education of middle school students in rural areas. It is pointed out that mobile phone surfing is an important factor affecting the ideological and political education of middle school students in rural areas. The second part, through an empirical investigation on the current situation of mobile phone access of middle school students in Xixian County, Henan Province. This paper analyzes the basic situation and influence of using mobile phone in rural middle school students to provide credible materials for the study; part three, the opportunities and challenges brought to the ideological and political education of middle school students by mobile phone; the fourth part, To innovate the countermeasures of ideological and political education of rural middle school students under the environment of mobile phone surfing, this paper points out that to cope with the severe challenges brought by mobile phone surfing, it is necessary for the government to integrate the power of various educational subjects, including schools, families and network operators, etc. Only when more measures can be taken simultaneously, can we form a strong resultant force and make the ideological and political education of middle school students in rural areas achieve better results.
