【摘要】：学生发展、教师发展和学校发展三者构成了共生共荣的生命共同体。生态文化视角下的德育改进,倡导用学校的核心价值观引领教师的专业成长;完善兼具人文情怀与科技素养、传统美德与现代视野的课程生态,提升学生素养;将家庭和社区真正纳入学校生态教育系统,深化学校发展内涵。
[Abstract]:Student development, teacher development and school development constitute a symbiotic and prosperous life community. The improvement of moral education from the perspective of ecological culture advocates that teachers' professional growth should be guided by the core values of the school, and that the curriculum ecology with both humanistic feelings and scientific and technological qualities, traditional virtues and modern horizons should be improved to enhance students' literacy. Families and communities will be truly integrated into the school ecological education system, deepening the connotation of school development.
