基于“九型人格”分组的高中物理合作学习初探

【摘要】:合作学习作为一种新的教学理论和策略的同时也是被新课改所推崇的一种新的学习方式,在中国的发展已经有二十几年了。随着新课改的推进,合作学习也趋于盛行,相关的研究也比较的多,但是涉及具体的分组方法,以及发挥课外合作小组能动性的研究较少。合作学习是一个长期的过程,人员的分配是基础。学生的能动性很强,除了课堂,课外合作学习的发展也有很大的空间。考虑到这两个方面,提出了以“九型人格”为分组工具,对学生的性格进行了解和划分,构建性格互补的合作学习小组,从而希望学生依托合作小组,在课外能动地进行合作学习。这是首次将“九型人格”作为性格分组工具引入到物理合作学习中,因此研究建立在设计方案的基础并根据实际情况具体实施时作了修改,希望这次初步探究为后续的研究做到抛砖引玉的效果。本文主体是由绪论、概念界定及理论基础、基于“九型人格”分组的高中物理合作学习初步探究、反思与展望这四部分组成。本文首先对合作学习以及九型人格在国内外的研究做了简单的介绍,并对相关的概念以及理论基础做了陈述;接下来在了解实验班的物理合作学习的情况的基础上,根据性格分组的设计方案然后结合本实验班具体情况进行实验;最后通过问卷对合作小组的构建情况进行了解,同时也对本次研究提出了反思和展望。通过这次实验发现学生对于合作学习有自己的看法,试验后学生的成绩整体上也有一定的提高,学生的合作意识还是挺强的,在认可本次性格分组的基础上愿意将合作小组持续发展下去。
[Abstract]:Cooperative learning, as a new teaching theory and strategy, is also a new way of learning which is respected by the new curriculum reform. It has been developed in China for twenty years. With the promotion of the new curriculum reform, cooperative learning is becoming more and more popular, and the related research is more and more, but it involves specific grouping methods and extracurricular cooperation. Cooperative learning is a long process, and the distribution of personnel is the basis. The students' activity is very strong. Besides the class, there is a lot of space for the development of extracurricular cooperative learning. Considering these two aspects, we put forward the "nine type personality" as a grouping tool to understand and divide the character of the students. It is the first time to introduce the "nine personality" as a character grouping tool to the physical cooperative learning. Therefore, the research is built on the basis of the design scheme and has been modified when the actual situation is implemented, hoping that In this paper, the main body of this paper is the introduction, the definition and the theoretical basis, based on the "nine personality" group of senior high school physics cooperative learning preliminary inquiry, the four parts of reflection and outlook. First, this paper makes a simple study on cooperative learning and the research of nine types of personality at home and abroad. The introduction, and the related concepts and the basis of the theoretical basis are stated. Next, on the basis of understanding the situation of the physical cooperative learning in the experimental class, according to the design scheme of the personality grouping and the experiment in combination with the specific situation of the experimental class. Finally, the construction of the cooperative group is understood by the questionnaire, and the research is also made on the research. Through this experiment, we find that the students have their own views on cooperative learning. After the experiment, the students' achievements are also improved on the whole, and the students' awareness of cooperation is strong. On the basis of the recognition of this character group, they are willing to continue the development of the cooperative group.
