L高中单亲家庭子女学校教育管理问题及对策研究

【摘要】：经济迅猛发展催促了人类文明的脚步,物质生活丰富诱发了精神世界的追求。价值观和婚姻观的更新直接导致家庭结构裂变,加上意外事故、疾病及未婚先孕等客观因素的影响,单亲家庭便成为社会发展的衍生品,单亲家庭子女自然成为这一连锁反应的特色产物。爱的发源地被部分摧毁,不能同时投入母亲温暖怀抱和依靠父亲宽阔肩膀的残酷事实,引发了孩子心理、品行、人际交往等多方面的问题,致使单亲家庭子女教育管理陷入窘境。高中阶段是成长的“多事之秋”,承受爱缺失、课业负担、升学困扰等多重压力的高中单亲子女的教育管理问题理应引起家庭、学校、社会特别关注。为深刻剖析问题根源,找到切实可行的解决办法,本文采取问卷调查、对比分析、文献参阅等研究方法,对L高中单亲子女品行、心理、人际交往、学习成绩及家长教育背景等进行多维度调查分析,调查样本选取L高中不同年级的单亲子女和教师,依据调查结果,汇总学校教育管理过程中出现的主要问题和学校教育功能缺陷,分析问题成因。最后,结合L高中单亲子女现状和教育教学实践,从调整教育管理评价机制、强化柔性管理、挖掘学校教育功能、优化家教环境和搭建家庭学校社会协同管理平台等方面着重探究有针对性的教育管理策略,为高中单亲子女健康成长保驾护航。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of economy hastens the pace of human civilization, and material life enriches the pursuit of the spiritual world. The renewal of values and concept of marriage leads directly to the fission of family structure, and the influence of accidents, illness and pregnancy before marriage, and so on, and the single-parent family becomes a derivative of social development. The children of single-parent families naturally become the characteristic product of this chain reaction. The cruel fact that the birthplace of love was partially destroyed and could not simultaneously fall into the mother's warm embrace and rely on his father's broad shoulders has caused many problems such as children's psychology, conduct, interpersonal interaction, and so on. Causes the single-parent family child education management to fall into the awkward situation. The senior middle school stage is the "eventful autumn" of growing up. The educational management problems of the single parent children in high school, such as the lack of love, the burden of schoolwork and the difficulty of entering the higher school, should cause special attention to the family, school and society. In order to deeply analyze the root causes of the problem and find practical solutions, this paper adopts questionnaire, comparative analysis, literature review and other research methods to conduct, psychology and interpersonal communication of single parent children in L high school. The multi-dimensional investigation and analysis of learning achievement and parents' educational background were carried out. The sample was selected from single parent children and teachers of different grades in L Senior High School, according to the results of the survey. This paper summarizes the main problems in the process of school education management and the defects of school education function, and analyzes the causes of the problems. Finally, according to the current situation and teaching practice of single parent children in L high school, from adjusting the evaluation mechanism of education management, strengthening the flexible management, excavating the function of school education, In order to ensure the healthy growth of the single parent children in senior high school, we should optimize the family education environment and build the social cooperative management platform of the homeschooling school and so on.
