影响足球运动在苏州市区中学校园内开展的几点因素

【摘要】：随着足球运动改革的进一步推进,“校园足球”更多次被提及。青少年足球训练是“足球金字塔”最基础的部分,但我国的青少年足球特别是校园足球,却没有发挥其“基础”的作用。足球传统强国之所以能够在相当长的时间内保持足球运动的活力和足球比赛的竞争力,与其重视青少年足球的发展是分不开的。江苏是我们国家一个经济和文化的大省,特别是以苏州为核心的苏锡常经济带,但足球运动的发展在江苏却始终不尽人意。这与江苏省经济文化等方面的发展不相匹配。苏州是江苏足球运动发展的典型代表:经济突出但足球运动的开展却裹步不前。文章采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法以及逻辑分析法,以影响苏州市区中学校园足球运动开展的因素为研究对象,通过对苏州市体育局、教育局和民政局的相关文献的查阅;对市区9所中学和业余体校(振吴中学)的学校领导、体育教师、教练以及学生(学生家长)发放问卷和访谈等方法,初步掌握苏州市区中学校园足球运动开展的现状并得出以下结论:1.苏州市区中学普遍重视学校体育工作的建设,但多数学校对开展校园足球运动的重视程度和投入力度不够。2.苏州市区中学体育教师年富力强,但专业不够丰富,足球专业教师偏少,具有足球教练员资质的体育教师更少。3.苏州市区中学的大部分学生喜欢并经常参与体育运动,但喜欢并参与校园足球运动和事务的的学生很少。4.苏州市区中学的学生家长大都支持子女参与体育运动,但普遍不支持其参与足球运动,单方面放大了足球运动的负面效应。5.苏州市区中学校园文化建设受苏州地域“崇文”的民俗特点影响,致使其更多体现出“文”的特色,限制了学校体育(足球)运动的进一步开展。通过对影响因素的研究和认识,从根本上采取有效的整改方案和制定合理的教育教学策略,以校园足球运动为媒介,让苏州市区大部分的中学生喜欢并愿意参与到足球运动中来,并能够正确认识到足球运动增强身体素质、缓解学习压力、锻炼意志品质的积极作用。由此引领苏州市区中学的校园足球工作走上一个更高的台阶,对苏州市区乃至苏州地区的校园足球运动的发展起到良性的促进作用。
[Abstract]:With the further development of football reform, campus football has been mentioned more and more times. Youth football training is the most basic part of "football pyramid", but Chinese youth football, especially campus football, does not play its "basic" role. The reason why the traditional football powers can maintain the vitality of football and the competitiveness of football matches for a long time is inseparable from the importance of the development of youth football. Jiangsu is a big province of economy and culture in our country, especially Su Xichang economic belt with Suzhou as the core, but the development of football is not satisfactory in Jiangsu all the time. This and Jiangsu Province economy and culture and other aspects of development does not match. Suzhou is a typical representative of the development of Jiangsu football: the economy is outstanding, but the development of football is not moving forward. This paper adopts the methods of literature, interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logic analysis, taking the factors that affect the development of football in the middle school of Suzhou city as the object of study, through the study of Suzhou Sports Bureau. The relevant documents of the Bureau of Education and the Bureau of Civil Affairs, school leaders, physical education teachers, coaches and students (parents) of 9 middle schools and amateur sports schools in the urban area (Zhenwu Middle School) were given questionnaires and interviews. To grasp the current situation of campus football in Suzhou City and draw the following conclusions: 1. Suzhou urban middle schools generally attach importance to the construction of school physical education, but most schools pay less attention to the development of campus football. The physical education teachers of Suzhou urban middle school are very young, but their specialties are not rich enough, the professional teachers of football are on the low side, and the PE teachers with the qualification of football coaches are even fewer. 3. The majority of students in Suzhou City Middle School like and often participate in sports, but few students like and participate in campus football and affairs. The parents of Suzhou urban middle school mostly support their children to participate in sports, but generally do not support their participation in football, which magnifies the negative effect of football. The construction of campus culture in Suzhou urban middle school is influenced by the folk custom characteristics of "worshiping Wen" in Suzhou area, which makes it reflect the characteristics of "Wen" and restricts the further development of school sports (football). Through the research and understanding of the influencing factors, the effective rectification plan and reasonable teaching strategy should be adopted, and the school football as the medium. So that most of the middle school students in Suzhou city like and willing to participate in football, and can correctly recognize the positive role of football to enhance physical fitness, ease the pressure of learning, and exercise the quality of will. Therefore, it leads the campus football work of Suzhou urban middle school to a higher level, and plays a positive role in promoting the development of campus football in Suzhou urban area and even Suzhou area.
